Matt and Jeremy were extraordinary with professionalism, efficiency, and overall politeness. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Relief Roofing in Elyria where they stole my money. So having M&T Roofing pick up the pieces was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. Margaret L

I had 2 choices when it came to making a decision on which company to do my roof. I chose M&T Roofing because of the sincerity and honesty from Matt. He explained the process of how his company and the insurance company work together to …

Hi Debi, thank you for the fantastic review and for trusting us with your wind-damage roof. We’re glad Matt’s honest explanation of how the process works with insurance played out exactly as promised, and it meant a lot to hear that Noah and the crew handled everything carefully even in the excessive heat. I don’t write reviews very often, but this one is well deserved. M&T Roofing was knowledgeable, efficient, punctual, and offered fair pricing. Their customer service was excellent—they stayed in communication with me throughout the process to find a day and time that worked best. Special shoutout to Noah! He came back out the very next day to check on a concern I had, and it turned out to be nothing 😂. Even so, I really appreciated him taking the time to come back and give me that peace of mind. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. After dealing with so many popped nails left behind by a previous roofing company (don’t even get me started 😅), it was refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about doing the job right. 10/10—I highly recommend M&T Roofing and will definitely use them again for any future roofing needs!
