We are so happy that we called Simple Construction to give our 8 yr. old roof a tune up! It extends the life of our roof, looking at vulnerable areas to prevent leaks, wood rot and future water intrusion. They resealed all exposed fasteners and restored failing sealant areas and replaced them with a high performance roofing sealant to ensure long lasting protection! They also came prepared with a drone to go over our roof and explained everything with us before starting work. Our previous roofing company has gone out of business, so there were some areas that needed fixed. However, this company, is an LLC so it is his company. It’s not a third party.

"I recently hired Simple Construction Roofing for a roof repair in Raleigh, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They handled a complex job that included replacing damaged plywood, installing two new pipe boots, and replacing a turtle vent, along with matching and reinstalling the shingles. The crew was professional, punctual, and seemed to know what they were doing. Mauro explained the work clearly, ensured the flashing was done correctly to prevent future leaks, and left the site clean when they finished. The price was fair for the quality of materials and workmanship provided. It’s nice to find a contractor this reliable and detail-oriented. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Raleigh area needing roof repairs."
