  I called Simmons Family Roofing for an estimate to replace my very old roof. I picked them because I live near the location shown in the photo and because on their reviews. I gave the lady my address, phone number, and email after which I was flooded with phone calls from various roofing companies with all kinds of names none of which was Simmons Family Roofing. In one morning I had 10 different people call me and now I'm getting spam calls from other businesses. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in this experience.

  If you have a damaged roof or need home repairs, this roofing company is a great one to call. During a heavy rain, I found a roof leak and felt really stressed, but after talking with Joe for just a couple of minutes, I felt much better. They helped me work through the insurance claim and made sure everything was handled fairly. Once the claim was settled, the roofing contract was signed and the crew got started right away. I left for work in the morning, and by the time I came home, they were finishing the last shingle. I expected to see roofing nails and shingle scraps all over the yard, but the cleanup was excellent and I barely found anything. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. They did quality roof repair, made the process easy, and also completed a few interior repairs related to the leak damage inside my home.

  Manuel and the roofing crew are top-notch. They installed our new roof, and it looks beautiful. We really liked the range of shingle colors and roofing style options, and the whole project moved fast and smoothly. Their attention to detail was excellent, and the cleanup was impressive, including the gutter work and the rest of the crew on site. We highly recommend this roofing company. We also appreciated how calm, low-pressure, and caring Manuel was throughout the process. He even took extra time to help us compare roof colors and styles so we could feel confident in our choice. Since hail can be a concern in St Louis, it meant a lot that he checked in after a storm to make sure the roof was still in great shape. Overall, it was a very easy and professional roofing experience from start to finish.

  I’m a repeat customer of Simmons Family Roofing. They replaced the roof on my first home before I sold it, and I’m confident the new roof helped the home show better and stand out in the neighborhood. I recently had the roof replaced on my second home, and once again the finished work looks excellent and has gotten a lot of compliments. They also replaced some rotted fascia and soffit while they were on site, which made the whole project more convenient and cost effective. Since the crew was already there, the pricing for that extra work was very fair. I’m pretty particular about workmanship, so I paid close attention as the job was being done, and I could see they took their time and handled every repair with care. They made sure every detail was done right, including tracking down the correct replacement vents for some older roof components instead of using something that didn’t fit properly. I also had new gutters installed, and that work turned out great too. Overall, the roofing, fascia, soffit, vents, and gutter work were all completed with real attention to detail and solid craftsmanship.

  Russell did an excellent job on my roof installation. He guided me through the whole process, explained each step clearly, and showed strong roofing knowledge from start to finish. His workmanship is top quality, and his experience with waterproofing, flashing, and gutter work really stands out.   Joe was a real pro. After we bought our home, we found some major roof damage that had been missed, including a couple of large holes. He came out quickly, secured the problem areas with a tarp, and completed a thorough roof inspection. During the inspection, he found additional roofing issues that needed attention, which gave us a much clearer picture of the condition of the roof and what repairs were needed next. We plan to keep working with Joe for the roof repair and possible roof replacement. He was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knew a lot about roofing systems, materials, leak detection, and storm-related damage. He explained everything in simple terms and helped us understand the best path forward.   We highly recommend Simmons Family Roofing. Joe worked hard to track down the roof leaks and helped us check whether any mold was starting in the attic. That took a lot of time and skill, especially with the tight attic layout, and other roofing contractors had told us it could not really be figured out. While we were waiting for the full roof replacement and a major storm was moving through St Louis, Joe came out and tarped the problem areas as well as possible to help protect the home from more water damage. He treated us like family and kept us informed through the whole roofing process. The full roof replacement went very smoothly. Manuel, Russell, and the crew did excellent work on the shingles, flashing, and overall roof system, and they cleaned up the property very well when the job was done. They handled the final punch list quickly and also helped correct some gutter slope issues that had been installed wrong before, which should help water drain away better. We truly appreciated the professionalism, honesty, and care shown from start to finish.

  I highly recommend Simmons Family Roofing for roof replacement and gutter work. My experience started when I found a leak in my bathroom ceiling that was clearly coming from the roof. After looking into local roofing companies, I scheduled a roof inspection. Joe showed up on time, did a careful inspection, and explained that the roof had storm and wind damage along with normal aging, so a full replacement was the best fix. He was very honest about the insurance process and explained that there was still a chance the claim could be denied. He went over every option for repairing or replacing the roof, and I never felt pushed into filing a claim. He shared clear photos, pointed out the damaged shingles and problem areas, and explained in simple terms why a new roofing system was needed. He also helped guide me through the insurance claim process and took the lead during the call with the insurance company, which made everything much easier. When the claim was denied, he followed up with another inspection and sent a detailed estimate along with more photos to support the case. Even though insurance did not approve it, his effort, honesty, and communication were greatly appreciated. He still worked with us to provide a fair price for a brand new roof and new gutters, and the quote was detailed and easy to understand. Once we approved the job, the roofing crew was scheduled quickly. They arrived on time, worked hard all day, and completed the full roof replacement in just one day. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done, and you could hardly tell they had been there except for the great looking new roof. The gutter installation followed soon after and was finished fast with the same attention to detail. Overall, I am extremely happy with the whole experience.
