I’m a repeat customer. Miguel and his crew previously fixed the siding on my home, so when storm damage showed up on my roof, I called them again. Miguel walked me through the whole roofing process, from the insurance steps to picking the right shingle color, and he also helped with a full gutter installation. I also needed a skylight removed and the inside ceiling repaired where it had been. The finish work looks excellent—you can’t even tell the skylight was ever there. The roof work was done professionally, the pricing was fair, and the crew kept everything clear and easy to understand. They know roofing, gutters, and exterior repair work, and I would gladly keep them in mind for any future roofing jobs.

We were getting our home ready to sell, and one of the biggest improvements was a full gutter replacement and front fascia repair. Since we were handling everything from a distance, clear communication was really important. Miguel kept us …

the roofer did an excellent job on our home after storm and hail damage. we had the roof replaced on the house and mini barn, and also got new gutters installed. the whole project was finished very quickly, with solid workmanship and quality roofing materials. miguel explained the shingle options, flashing details, and warranty coverage in simple terms, which made the process easy to understand. the installation followed proper specs, and the crew paid close attention to the roof system so everything was done right. they were professional, easy to reach by text, and kept us updated from start to finish. the crew also did a thorough clean up when the work was done. with the strong storms and heavy rain we get in TN, it feels good to have a dependable new roof and gutter system. we highly recommend them for quality roofing and gutter work.

If you need roof repair or a full roof replacement, this roofing crew is a great choice. I talked with several roof contractors before deciding, and they stood out right away. They took time to listen to the problems with my roof instead of giving me the same basic answer everyone else did. I had dealt with leaks, ceiling damage, and wear from storm issues, plus extra roof trouble caused by birds sitting on the house. After going through buckets and pans for drips and dealing with ongoing water problems, I knew I needed a real roofing solution. Miguel explained the options clearly, addressed the damaged areas, and recommended a roofing plan that made sense for my home. What I appreciated most was that they did exactly what they promised. The contract felt fair, the workmanship was solid, and the whole process was handled with care and professionalism. I also liked that they focused on long-term protection, ventilation, and quality materials instead of cutting corners. I learned from past experience that saving money on a roof the wrong way only leads to more repairs later. Overall, I am very happy with the results. If you want an honest roofer who delivers good work and real solutions for leaks and roof damage, this is a company I would recommend.

Miguel was the project manager for our roofing job, and from the start we could tell the company really cared about customer service. He shared several recent roof replacements so we could compare shingle colors and see how the finished roofs looked. After we chose the right roofing material, Miguel took care of the whole process, including working with our insurance adjuster, which made everything much easier for us. The roofing crew did an excellent job. They worked hard each day, stayed organized, and showed great teamwork from tear-off to installation. We were especially impressed by how smoothly the project moved and how much they completed while still paying attention to detail. The new roof looks great, and the entire experience felt professional, efficient, and stress-free. If you are planning a roofing project, it is definitely worth getting a bid so you do not miss out on a top-quality experience.

We had our roof replaced by Miguel and his crew, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. The roofing team arrived on time each day, worked hard, and kept the property clean every evening, which made the whole project much easier on us. We had several roofing companies come out for estimates, but Miguel was the only one who was honest about the condition of our roof and explained that it still had some life left. That kind of straightforward advice really stood out and made us feel comfortable choosing his roofing service. We decided to move forward with the roof installation anyway, and we are very glad we did. The workmanship was strong, the shingles look great, and the whole process was smooth and professional. If you need roofing work in Carthage, this is a dependable crew that does quality work.

I had this roofing company replace my gutters and do some roof-related work, and I was very happy with the results, so I also asked for a quote for more exterior updates around my home. I was pretty nervous about hiring a contractor since I do not have much experience with roofers or home projects, but Miguel explained the whole process clearly and made everything easy to understand. The final cost stayed very close to the quote, aside from a few extras I decided to add. Miguel was great to work with, and the follow-up and communication were excellent. He even checked my attic area and was honest about what did and did not need attention, which I really appreciated. The finished work looks amazing. The quality of the roofing and gutter work was top notch. Miguel was also professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire job. Since the crew was at my house for several days, I was a little uneasy at first, but they were respectful, polite, and very professional the whole time. I really cannot say enough about the quality of the workmanship. They also gave me helpful ideas about drainage and exterior layout improvements, which was great because I had never handled a project like this before. They showed up each day on time and always kept me informed if they needed to arrive a little later because of picking up materials. This company has now completed several projects for me in Carthage, and I have been very pleased with every one of them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutters, or related exterior work.

Miguel was great to work with. We had wind damage on our roof ridge cap shingles, and at first I thought it was only the one shingle that blew into the yard. Once he got up on the roof, he did more than just fix the obvious spot. He found several other loose shingles and repaired those too, then checked the rest of the roof to make sure the ridge caps and surrounding roofing materials were secure. Simmons Brothers Roofers Llc did quality roofing work, paid attention to detail, and made the whole repair process easy. Miguel was professional, friendly, and thorough from start to finish. I really appreciated that he took the time to inspect the full roof instead of doing a quick patch job. The repair was done right, the roof looks solid, and the service exceeded what I expected. I would definitely recommend them for any roof repair or roofing service in the future.
