Had to have a completely different roofing company come out to do the job right, after Silverstone failed on multiple occasions. I'm glad that a few of you had better luck than I did. …

No excuses here, there was miscommunication on the production team that resulted in these results. Unfortunately this was one of the rear times we did not meet our client's expectations. We offered compensation to help with the extra cost the client incurred, but it was declined. We make sure to learn from our mistakes and that is why processes have been implemented to make sure something like this is avoidable in the future.

Went with this company based on reviews but unfortunately did not have such a great experience. Obviously very rushed and several items damaged that was left out in the rain. I can only imagine how rushed the actual roof is since it took less 10 hours to put up 4445.04 surface area of shingles.

Hi Mr. Biswell, I have reviewed our records and do not show Silverstone Roofing completing a job for you. I think you meant to leave this review for another company. If I am mistaken please reach out to me directly at 407-782-0382 and I will be happy to speak with you to see how we can rectify the issue. -Brett Lovings, co-owner

When a contractor does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and at the price they quote you know you’re dealing with quality and integrity!! I would highly recommend Brett Lovings ,Silverstone Roofing company for all your roofing repair,/ replacement whether it be a flat or shingle!!! I had both: very impressed!!!!!

I needed to have my tile roof replaced due to the condition of my 23+ year roof and insurance requirements. This was my first time having a roof replaced and Brett was great to work with during the entire process. He was very straightforward regarding the overall condition of the roof and the options of repairing or replacing the roof. I had 2 solar systems (one PV system and one for the pool) and he was able to coordinate the removal and reinstallation of the systems. Other roofing companies that I had reached out to were not willing to deal with the solar systems or honor the new roof warranty if they were re-installed. His crew cleaned up the work site daily during installation which was very much appreciated given that I have 3 young children and dogs that utilize the outdoors frequently.

Highly recommend Silverstone Roofing. The process was simple from start to finish. They came out next day for a quote, started less than a week later and were done after a couple days. They passed inspection on the first round. Brett was consistently easy to get ahold of. Lastly, his quote was the best.
