Signature Roof Repair never lets me down. i’ve used their roofing services for my clients and recently for my own home in San Jose. A lot of roofers pass on smaller roof repair jobs because they take time and do not bring in much money, but this team always steps in when help is needed fast. They have helped me in a pinch so my clients could stay on schedule and move toward closing without delays. Their crew is reliable, quick with updates, and does solid quality roofing work. The recent job was a repair for buckled and raised shingles on a 6-year-old roof, and the before-and-after results looked great. they explained the repair clearly, checked the surrounding shingles, and made sure the roof was in good shape for the warm local weather. don’t hesitate to call them for roof repair needs, large or small. They are always the first team I contact.

I delayed my roof replacement for a long time because I was worried about choosing the wrong roofing contractor. I only wish I had found Donald and the roofing crew sooner. From my first call, they were polite, professional, and quick to respond. Donald made the process of picking the right shingle style and color very simple, and he even offered to bring sample materials so I could compare options at home. The estimate was easy to understand, the roofing options were clearly explained, and the price felt fair for the quality of work. When the job started, the crew arrived on schedule, treated my property with care, and kept the work area organized the whole time. They protected the landscaping around the house and did such a complete cleanup that everything looked great when they finished. Once the old roof was removed, they found more wood rot and damaged roof decking than expected. Instead of making the process stressful, the team handled the extra roof repair work professionally and explained everything clearly. They shared detailed photos right away so I could see the condition of the damaged areas for myself, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. Even with the added repairs, the final cost only went up a little and still felt very reasonable. I was never excited about needing a new roof, but I knew it was important to protect my home, especially with the strong sun and heat. Now that the project is complete, I am extremely happy with the finished roof. It looks beautiful, the shingles really upgraded the appearance of the house, and the overall curb appeal improved more than I expected. This was absolutely money well spent, and I would highly recommend this roofer to anyone needing roof replacement or roof repair.

I asked Signature Roof Repair to check my aging roof because I wanted an honest opinion before putting money into a full replacement. Donald explained that the roof still had some life left and did not need to be replaced yet, which I really appreciated. Not many roofers are that straightforward. What did need attention was a few worn plastic pipe jacks, and a couple had already caused small leaks that led to some damage in the roof decking. They fit me into the schedule quickly and finished the repair before the next stretch of wet weather moved in. During the job, Donald shared photos and updates so I could clearly see the problem areas, the damaged decking, and the completed roofing work. That gave me a lot of confidence in the repair process and showed real care and professionalism. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and helpful, and I will definitely call again when it is truly time for a new roof.

The project manager called me back quickly and set up a convenient time to come to my home in San Jose for a roof inspection and estimate. he arrived right on schedule and started with a careful check of the roofing system. He explained the roof condition in simple terms and recommended a full roof replacement with architectural shingles to improve protection, curb appeal, and long term durability in the warm California climate. He gave us a clear, detailed estimate for the roofing work and answered every question we had without rushing. miles also let us know we could call anytime if anything else came up, which made the whole process feel easy and stress free. The roofing crew was on time, professional, and very respectful from start to finish. They worked hard, moved efficiently, and paid close attention to the quality of the installation. They protected the property, kept the work area clean, and made sure all old roofing debris was removed properly. i appreciated how organized the whole job was, and the new roof looks great. This was a smooth and positive experience overall. If you need an experienced roofing contractor for roof replacement, shingles, and dependable service, they are an excellent choice.

I first needed gutter cleaning and some roof repair around a damaged attic vent. My wife started calling roofing contractors in San Jose, and this was the only roofer willing to take care of the gutters too. Kingston responded quickly, did great work, and cleaned up thoroughly around the whole house. The pricing was not low, but it was fair and reasonable for the quality of the roofing service. Since then, I have kept using this roofer twice a year for gutter cleaning, roof maintenance, and storm-related roof repairs when needed. Every time, I get fast, professional service with one call, solid workmanship, and a fair price.

Jack was great. He was recommended by the previous owner of my home, and he quickly found that the wall leak was coming from poorly installed gutters and eave flashing, not from the roof itself. Another contractor had suggested it was a roof leak, but Jack took the time to inspect everything carefully and explain the real issue in simple terms. For a very fair price, Jack came back soon after with a small roofing crew and repaired the flashing near the gutters, confirmed the source of the leak, replaced several shingles, and sealed the areas that needed extra protection. He also fixed a few additional shingles at a small inside corner where the roofing and new gutter line were not lining up correctly. The work was done quickly, neatly, and with real skill. It was a much better experience than dealing with the original gutter installer, and I appreciated how honest and knowledgeable Jack was throughout the whole process. My roofline and drainage now work the way they should, and everything looks solid and secure. Worth every penny. Highly recommend for any roofing, flashing, or gutter repair work in San Jose.
