Called to have someone give me an estimate on a siding repair, they sent a guy out to check it out. Called the office to ask about the estimate, said he would get it to me early the following week. It’s been 2 weeks now. I’m under the impression that they are either disorganized or don’t want my business. I’m not chasing down an answer from a company when the balls in their court.

Awful service, It's been months and these people will not just do the job they quoted me for. Can't believe I have to call every week to get some nonsense update and stalling. Do not go with this company. They will lie directly to your face and string you along. Extremely unprofessional

Rude
Reply from the business
Sorry that we had to request payment after nearly 90 days past due in a manner that was less pleasant than you like. The issues that were brought up when requesting this payment again, could have been rectified immediately. Rude seems to be quite vague based on the situation surrounding the transaction and situation. I hope this offers clarity. We are professional, polite, and courteous to all our customers. It seems like the ones that do not seem to think so, are the ones that wait a long time to pay their bill.

Do NOT use this roofing company! They only offered a 2yr workmanship warranty and they did a poor job on my roof. My brand new roof was installed by this company on March 2020 and less than a year later I had roof leak in the garage and …

Dustin came to our house, looked at our roof and deck. He was supposed to go to the office to figure a proposal for the deck. After 3 weeks and calling multiple times for an update, I have never received any information.

Classless effort from the owner of this company bashing me personally. Instead of finding ways to fix the problem, you point fingers. Why don't you just update your website? A month ago I was looking for wood siding - which your website says you do. Today I contacted you asking about fiber cement - which your website says you do. THAT IS WHY I CONTACTED YOU TWO TIMES. Yes, I am a small business owner and I would never bash a potential customer the way this company has. I treat all potential customers with class. And if they have a complaint, I look to see what I could do better. And we go to great lengths to ensure our website is 100% accurate so we do not mislead potential customers. Original post with no edits. Anyone seeing this would agree that his harsh backlash at a potential customer is not warranted: "Website specifically says they offer many options for siding. When I reached out I was told they only do vinyl. If you only do vinyl, then put that in your website. Waste of my time"

This person was not an actual customer. Some time last month (January 11th), he emailed in and asked if we did a specific type of siding install, we told him that we no longer do that type of install and we don't actually have anyone that we can currently recommend. I know this, because it was me that replied to him, directly. Today, he called, again. The conversation with our office manager must not have gone well, because she clarified again with me that we do not perform that install. She thanked him for pointing out it is still listed on our site, and said that we will get that updated (we will). Now this prospective customer calls a company 2 times, is not satisfied with either response, because it's the same response, and leaves a 1-star review because we "wasted" his time. He probably could have saved himself some time by not contacting us a second time. This person is a small business owner, I looked them up to be sure. I'm not going to put their business on blast because I have never used their services. Maybe Bryan should consider the same thought, a 1 star review because we don't provide a specific service says a lot more about the reviewer than the reviewed.

I didn’t feel that I needed to give her my last name in order to have a callback on getting my entire house sided. I don’t want to get on a bunch of mailing lists. When I expressed his concern, she said she wouldn’t put me in the system to …

Hi Tia, I can understand your privacy concerns. However, in order for us to perform an inspection on a home, we require the full owner's address and contact information. Our system prevents us from completing the record without the full contact information, and we also use that information to verify property information. I think you will find that most reputable contractors require the full contact information of prospective customers.

My experience with this company was extremely poor. Everything started off really well, they were very accommodating with everything, they worked with me on price, they started when they said they were going to start, the job was looking great. Then, things turned for the worse. The job sat unfinished, they use sub-contractors, which stopped coming for multiple days in a row, then they would come and finish a couple things and then leave again. I have multiple communications where I reached out to see when they would be finishing up. This is when I started to go over to inspect the work, and this is when I started to notice the damages that the crew inflicted. I contacted the salesperson again and was unsuccessful resolving anything with him due to his lack of communication. Next, I get a call from their office secretary stating that the job is completed and they are ready for payment. At this time, there were multiple things that were incomplete. I reached back out to the salesperson explaining this. No response. I finally reached out to Jeramie Beechler, the salesperson's boss, to find a remedy. I was told that the reason the salesperson was not responding was because he was waiting on him to figure out a remedy. Most of the large unfinished items were resolved within the next few weeks after the first communication. They have had to go back multiple times to finish/fix things, and still, as of today, have to go back to fix things. The frustrating part is that Jeramie Beechler argued the damages that the sub-contractors inflicted. We had a beautiful koi pond with a waterfall that the crew used to as a base for their scaffolding and ultimately broke our large decorative rocks, and slid them into the pond which ripped the liner of the pond. We are trying to put our home on the market, but instead we have had to hire other companies to come out and remove our pond which was going to be a selling feature for the home. Jeramie stated that the pond was in bad s

They don't handle my specific repair as with most general roofing companies in the area. However, Dan was very helpful and empathetic to my situation. After being blown off by about 10 other companies once they understood my predicament, Dan offered me the name of someone who can help me. It was greatly appreciated, and I will keep their contact information for the next time that I need more standard exterior services. Thank you!

Adam and team were so great to work with. We were selling our house and they bent over backwards to make sure we made our closing date. Also our house was in tower grove south where the neighbors are very close by and the Adam took great care to disturb the neighbors as little as possible

If you're in the market for a new roof, do yourself a favor and contact Signature Exteriors for a quote. They use great products, communicate well, and deliver a quality product on time at a good price. I spent a lot of time researching hail resistant shingles and decided to use Owens Cornings Duration Flex shingles. This recommendation was based on asking what owners of construction and roofing companies would put on their own house. Owens Corning has a list of preferred vendors in the area and Signature Exteriors was high on that list. Signature Exteriors sent Dustin out to give an estimate, and I was pleasantly surprised with their price. Signature Exteriors quoted more work within the scope of their contract, better products, and a better lead time for a significantly better price than one of the big local roofing contractors. But a good price doesn't matter if the quality of the workmanship doesn't match. Signature Exteriors did a great time replacing both our roof and gutters. Their roofing crew finished our home on schedule in one day and the gutter crew was out shortly after. You'll know when because Dan in the office is great about reaching out and guiding homeowners through the process/answering any questions that come up. I always recommend getting at least three bids on home projects, and if you're in the St. Louis area, I would make sure Signature Exteriors is one of them.

The company did a great job on doing my roof. The only bad thing I had with the company is lack of communication to the customer.

My neighbor got a new roof and I ask them about their experience with Signature Exteriors. They had nothing but good things to say about their service. Based on that feedback I contacted Dan the owner who was very informative and explained the entire process. Dan had his company representative, Dustin call me and we scheduled a time for him and my insurance adjuster to inspect my roof. They both arrived at the scheduled time and did a thorough roof inspection. Long story short we did have damage and a new roof was approved. I can't say enough good about Signature Exteriors. They truly say what they do then do what they say. Their scheduling was spot on, communicating every step of the way. They use quality materials and the roofing crew was courteous and their workmanship was excellent. lastly, this was a big job and when they were done they cleaned up the entire yard and you could not tell they were even there.
