  Can’t speak to their actual work, but customer service and professionalism is abysmal. Lots of unanswered messages and ghosting. If they don't want the job just say so.

  I was very encouraged and happy to see the reviews of Side by Side roofing. I reached out and got Vinny. Exchanged text messages and was told i would hear back soon. (they were going to be in the area) Tuesday came and went as did Thursday. I shot a text message at 9am today have not heard back as of 2pm. Message was read. A simple courtesy text would have made me more than happy I understand that you can be busy but ignored. Sorry i have gone elsewhere

I spoke to you on Tuesday about your skylight leak repair, when we spoke I told you I would pass by to see if it was safe to set up a ladder.. Since we had fresh snow. I told you we have to wait a few days for snow to melt. I pass by the house and it was definitely not safe to work. Thursday morning there was rain. We understand how frustrating it is to deal with a leaking skylight. Especially during a challenging time. We reach out to you via text Thursday to see if you can come by. No. Answer. George sorry we didn't get a chance to work for you.

  I hired side by side for a minor siding repair. Kept pushing me off. Two weeks later a lot of the siding came down. My calls and texts were not answered. I’m now using a reliable company -topline

  Can’t speak to their actual work, but customer service and professionalism is 0. Vinny came out once, but never gave me the promised estimate. When I eventually called to ask about it, he didn’t remember the scope of work we discussed. Made several follow-up appointments with him to come back, but he never showed up. He leads you on when in reality he has no intention of coming and doesn’t care about wasting your time. I should’ve dropped it after the initial ghosting, but since they were recommended I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

  I had one shingle fell down off the new repaired roof, called Vinny, and they came over after the rain, reattached the piece, and the work was done in a few minutes! Good work, I am very grateful!

  Whenever I call Vinny of Side by Side he has been responsive. Had gutters added to my garage and they installed within 2 hours. Always a pleasure to work with.

  Our roof and gutter job was done quickly. They explained what they did. Job looks neat and clean, no shortcuts. Great cleanup. We didn't find one nail left on the ground. They had to replace a lot of rotten wood and gave us a very fair price. The bonus is the yearly roof inspection and gutter cleaning for three years.
