Stay out of Billy, says will stop by tomorrow, we had members waiting on him taking a day off specifically for him. Never came, 3 voice messages and sms, no response, complete ignore and waist of time. We are hiring someone else, there are plenty of roofers in the area.

🏛️ We Pull Permits. Every Time. Here's Why That Protects You. In New York City, roofing work that requires a permit — and most replacement projects do — must be filed with the NYC Department of Buildings before work begins. Contractors who skip permits do it to save time and cost. The risk? You pay it. What unpermitted roofing work can cost you: ⚠️ NYC DOB stop-work orders & fines ⚠️ Title issues when selling or refinancing ⚠️ Voided manufacturer warranty coverage ⚠️ Denied insurance claims tied to unpermitted work At N.V. & Roman Commercial Roofing: · We file all required NYC DOB permits · We provide documentation for your property records · Every job is fully code-compliant from day one · We've been doing this in Brooklyn since 1987 Ask any roofer for their license number before signing. We'll always provide ours upfront. 📍 163 Bay 7th St 1F, Brooklyn, NY 11228 📞 (646) 717-3737 🌐 commercialroofingbrooklyn.com 👉 Hire with confidence — call us for a FREE estimate.1 day agoCall now
