  Update: Wow, I'm excited to see a response after so many years. I would glady give your company an opportunity to make right what is still wrong! Reach out, fix it, and I'll update my post with your completed work. But don't dare, disregard our experience. You have the number. James was hired last year to replace our flat roof and paid 6k. He was called several times just 3 weeks after the installation, regarding constant leaks since and has not honored his warranty. He dismissed my calls. Made promised appointments didn't show. We're a small building, and James promised his warranty was 25years. We didn't get 25 days, before the leaks began. The roof still leaks. Stay away.

  Upfate: I don't have your number please call me. Thx James We stand behind all of our work how ever no one offers a 25 year warranty. If you call me and we did do your roof I would be more the glad to come and honor the warranty. Well I guess after all this time you never contacted me. Makes me wonder if your being honest?

  Jimmy is exactly what you want to avoid when you need a new roof or repairs done. He lacks knowledge, is not trustworthy and has no regard for the long term outcome of the job. Money is the only factor for him. Not providing quality work in exchange for said money.

  Don't trust this guy I paid almost 5k to fix my roof, and a month later it started leaking in!! Called him and didn't respond, then I called him from a different number he picked up and he said he is not feeling well.... Besides the point he doesn't do the job he subs it to different roofers!

  EXTORTION STRIKES ONE AGIAN! Alex come on, your making this up as you go along. Nothing you are saying is true you are lying through your teeth. I have all of our text exchanges to prove it, and I will post them. You had 5 other roofers that you paid a $1000's and above each time. Your roof is very difficult to work on and I told you that this would be a trial by error to locate the leak,and you agreed! charged you $700 as a covid discount. You called me back next rain and told me that the leak slowed down but is still leaking so I said to you I will send Angelo back there in the morning. You refused to have Angelo back and refused to tell me why , you replied its not important. because your crazy neighbor claimed that Angelo peed in your driveway. "HEAR SAY".He would never do that. In reality he asked to use your bathroom and you refused. He the went to the truck and opened the door and peed in a bottle You praised Angelo for get such a hard task completed. And I told you that we will return one more time if it leaked agian and you insisted that I come. I explained t my situation to you with DMV, was trying to get plates and was having trouble getting them 4-6weeks wait for plates. You made it difficult to let us return and the after working on your roof setting up brackets endangering lives your want your money back. Absolutely not! You should be ashamed of yourself. This is all your fault that we can't come back. Be a man not a Mench! And don't think for a minute that because you wrote a fake bad review is going to get your money back for services performed. Not happing. My good reviews out way my fake bad reviews!

  Stay away. They are not roofers. After a month of failed attemps they charge me more money to "accidentally" block the drain for the water. Next thing I had a pool on the roof and water dripping all over the room so they made the problem worse! I want my money back or I'll sue!

  EXTORTION STRIKES AGAIN! Its amazing how people hold reviews over your head just to get money out of you. Jose your review is so dishonest its a shame! How could you say after a month of failed attemps. This review was put up one days after the job was completed. Which shows how dishonest you are, and we had a terrable rain storm and heavy winds and you where angry, Which you have a right to be You called that evening and it was impossible to do the work during those conditions. We came the next morning and corrected the issue. It has rain continuously for 7 days in a row now and your roof has not leaked. When I texted you concerning the review, your response was give me a thousand dollars back and you would remove the review. I offered to repiar and paint your ceiling which was damaged before we even started the job. You had black mold which is an indication that it has been leaking for a long period of time. But i still offered to do it for the inconvenience, or i would give you $250 back so you could have some one else paint it. Which is more then fair. You then went down to $700 then you went down $600 because you think your entitled. You do relize that you are trying to EXTORT me and that is agianst the law. If you have any morals you will remove this review or at least put an honest review and stop trying to get over. You got a great job that was already $700 discounted. So do the right thing if you believe in karma. And by the way i have over 30 years of being a roofer. The nerve of you! Update: Jose contacted me saying he was in a good mood and offered to take down the review for $300 after informed him to send me a notarized letter that he would not write any further fake reviews he told me that i was delusional. I have copies of all our text messages if any is intrested feel free to contact me. You can also see from the picture that he posted the ceiling has been repaired before and black mold as well.   They sent some to fix my roof said i needed a slight patch charged me and gave me a 30 day warranty. The issue was not fixed my roof leaked the same day. I called back they said someone would be back the following day and I am still waiting …

  So why didn't you call me agian or give me your number and i will call you to resolve this issue. Your roof was in terrible shape like we explained to you and i gave you both options to try and repair it and a price to replace the roof. And if the repair doesn't work that half the money you spent would be applied to the new install price that i quoted you. As far as calls and texts not being responded to i am not aware of that. Put your number here and i will try to help you solve this problem or call ask for james Update: I gave you an estimate and you told me you didn't have the money if I could finance the job so don't say I did not give you a price.   "False Review" EXTORTION!!!! Trying to extort me! There is not one paid review here you can contact every single person. You should be ashamed of yourself for lieing, You have the audacity to say I am not honest, there is not one honest thing in ths review. You are very sick person. I would love for you to report me to DA and take me to court because I would make a fool out of you. You don't have a leg to stand on, in fact I am taking you to court for false accusations, .slander and defamation. "The real story" After we tried to patch your roof that was 10 years over due for replacement, You called me the next day to tell me your son yelled at you for patching the roof and to come back and set up a ladder to ahow him what I did which I refused to do. "Who does that?" "And you said you went up on the roof to see what I did thata funny because you told me that your were afraid of heights and wouldnt come up on the roof when I asked you to come up and look." Then you called me 2 weeks later to tell me your roof was leaking a few days later I sent a new worker that I hired. Have not heard from you since. Then I found out from other customers that the same worker I sent to you told me that he was trying to convince them that they needed a new roof that I was not honest with them. "They had enough sense to believe me and not him" So I contacted all the customers that he was in contact with, which you happened to be one of them to Inform you not to trust him. Then you told me that he was the one that told you that I didn't do anything at all on the roof and you gave him money to repiar the roof and he told you stories about me so you would feel bad for him. I pay all my workers. When I tried to explain that he manipulated you it was then you started with this fake review to try and extort me to return your $600. Your roof was beyond repair as I told you it's been leaking for years you have major damage on the inside from years of leaking you have wood damage and your floo

  I paid James from Fix-A-Roof $100 for an estimate to fix a roof leak at my building. When I asked for it 2 days later he got an attitude with me and said he'd have it for me that night. I called him the day after and he said he'd have it for me later on. He never wrote the estimate. He was also unprofessional during his visit, telling me a weird story about his weed dealer. Don't trust this "company." I'm pretty sure its just James, as the number for the company is also his cell number.

  My tenant started to experience dripping around the skylight during a very heavy rain. I contacted fix-a-roof and he was able to see me within a couple days. I already knew that the skylight was old but the roof was new. The worker who came to my rescue also recognized this right away. He was able to hop on the roof, diagnose the issue, tell me how extensive the repair would be, but also recommended a more permanent repair of replacing the skylight. I opted for him to reFlash around the skylight, as well as all the seams between the glass. The worker left to grab material, was back within an hour, and it was fixed by 5pm (total time elapsed ~ 4 hours). The price was reasonable and the company let me know that if I seen any more issues that I could contact them. I will certainly use them again when it comes time to upgrade my skylight.

  Spoke to James I believe, explained that my elderly neighbor needed her fallen rear roof gutter replaced and asked me to assist with finding someone to do it. He gave me a price quote based off the images I sent him, explained my options, and checked his schedule for availability. That was a Friday afternoon. Said he could squeeze me in the next day before noon. The guys he sent were there around. 10 something ready to work. They not only replaced the rear gutter, but also touched up the front that needed a bit of attention as well. Will see how things work out when we get a heavy rainfall one day, but just based on the service and prompt response to the need my neighbor had, we were both pleased.

  Googled reputable roofer when I had emergency roof leak due to heavy rain. After positive reviews, I called. James, owner picked the the phone came in couple hours. James and his crew assessed the leakage, and offered to fix on the spot, and finish the job in 3 days. James did what he said he would. Excellent service, and a pleasure working with him.
