  Terrible message service. No access to the call log so I couldn't follow on a call made 2 days ago.

  Hi Jessica, we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention! The reason is that we are out of the office for holidays at this time. So we are using an answering service which was supposed to let customers know that we will be out of the office. They seem to not be saying the script and are instead saying that we will get right back to you. We are fixing this issue right now. Our apologies for the miscommunication.

  Jordan, Heather and the Shockwave crew did a great job replacing our garage roof. Even though the job was small, it was handled professionally and on schedule. We will definitely call again for a larger job.

  Jordan explained everything clearly through t the entire process. Our roof took 2 days to complete, and we are very happy with the work done to it. Jordan was around to answer any questions we had, and his crew were great. The Drone shots of the completed roof was a nice touch.

  Highly recommend Shock Wave Roofing! Their team was extremely professional from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work with great attention to detail. What really stood out was how clean and organized they were throughout the entire job — they made sure the property was spotless when they finished. It’s hard to find a company that delivers both excellent workmanship and such respectful, professional service.
