They requested $100 deposit to come out and quote a roof fix. If i didn't agree with the quote, the $100 are not refundable.

Hi Mauricio, After reviewing your comment it appears that you have our company confused with someone else. We have never and will never request a deposit to come out to do a roof quote. We only ask for payments after any work is done and only when the customer is completely satisfied. Armour Shield Roofing is well known for our strong history of integrity, dependability, and trust. And we continue to standby our strong and ethical business practices.

Nick was fabulous! I sent an email to get a quote. Nick called me back within 30 mins and then came by to check the roof out within another 30 minutes. Was able to complete the small job of replacing a shingle for FREE!! It was very appreciated! Thank you Nick!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Assaad and his team were professional, on time, and did a fantastic job roofing my home. Preventive measures were taken to protect my new backyard composite deck, windows, and mature plantings in my gardens. The workmanship is top-notch and the cleanup was thorough. Highly recommend! Quality materials and hard working crew. They cleaned up after each day and replaced a board that was starting to degrade. The warranty is likely the longest in the business. Would highly recommend.

My experience with the team from Armour Shield roofing has been great. It began when a big windstorm blew through our neighbourhood. We lost shingles on several sides of our roof. They made accommodations to come out first thing the next morning and performed a repair to get us water tight. I asked our insurance company to permit us to use them for the repair and they agreed. They showed up when promised and did a great job completing the full replacement on a challenging roof(very steep with many peaks). Full confidence in this company

Thank you Dave so much for taking the time to share your experience with Armour Shield Roofing. We truly appreciate your kind words and detailed feedback. We’re glad our team could respond quickly after the windstorm and help secure your home right away and make it watertight temporarily. It’s also great that the full roof replacement went extremely smooth, especially given the complexity of your roof and the replacement of some of the plywood on your roof. Showing up as promised and delivering quality work is something we take great pride in. Thank you for your trust and full confidence in our company. It was a pleasure working with you, and we’re always here if you need anything in the future.
