  Wish I could give this company zero star reviews. Or at least the salesman in London by the name of ray. Seem like an awesome guy. Very personable. Gave me a written quote. Contacted him a couple of days ago and said we'd go ahead with the job with his company and was very excited about it. Two days later I get an updated quote for almost $6,000 more than the original quote. Take a look at the attached photos to see I'm not lying. I talked to a couple of people who are very happy with their work so we were excited to use them but after this disgusting business practice I cannot recommend them to anybody.

  Hi Russ, Thanks for your feedback! We can assure you that more than 2 days went by between quotes, as your pictures prove, the first quote is dated May 21 2025 and the second is June 19 2025. Not only are they a month apart, they are also a month later into the busy roofing season which can cause prices to fluctuate slightly based on demand, and the cost of steel in the current climate. This is why it is clearly indicated on the proposal that it is only valid for 14 days. In your second meeting with Ray, you also indicated that you have an extremely expensive deck which you wanted us to take extra care to protect, this updated quote also included the work to install additional protections and workarounds for your deck. Green Metal Roofing stands behind its value and commitment in providing the best possible pricing for the highest quality materials and installations.   Just finished waisting another day taking care of more damning. Everytime we have a cold but sunny day the ice just piles up way worse than when I had my shingle roof. Ice was 4 inches think before the melt. (images after thaw) Honestly …

  Roof looks great. Price was competitive. Sales guy was lovely. It was done quickly. However, whomever installed our roof didn't clean up. We had a lot of those special screws all over our property. We complained and they came with a metal detector and fixed it which was great. Last season my eavestroughs were flooding so I climbed up. They were full of leftover metal shards from the job. The metal pieces gathered and blocked the eavestroughs. I cleaned it out. Just today, a year later, and my eavestrough is overflowing again Climb on up and full of metal shards. Put on strong gloves, reach into wet and full eavestrough and start removing sharp metal pieces. Curious howany more years I will be cleaning up leftover scraps? So it would be 5 stars but whoever did ours left all the metal and screws on the roof and property. 3 years later and I'm still digging out metal shards that are clogging everything.

  Never do your metal Roof with this company. Cheating on wood .not using The same materials as 2 years ago but still promising The same warranty with allot lower grade materials. I wouldnt recommend this company.

  Cannot possibly describe how happy I am with Green Metal Roofing, my new roof and the entire customer experience from start to finish! David explained everything in detail up front …just a straight shooter with integrity. The company actually installed a week prior to the estimated install date and showed up when they said they would: how refreshing is that! The installers were awesome and there were so many extra details I hadn’t expected like the flashing over the edges and protection from wildlife. Highly highly recommend David Picone and his team of installers. This is an amazing investment in the home and I am thrilled about the finished look! Thank you David and Green Metal Roofing

  Green Metal Roofing did a great job, I really lucked out because they used pieces of steel roofing 16' long, instead of shingle-sized. The crew was professional, worked well and safely together. They were also polite to the neighbors, which was good because we had to use their backyard as a staging point. I had a good experience with this company. 👍

  Green Metal Roofing has surpassed our expectations. I don’t do online reviews, but felt compelled to review Green Metal Roofing because of our overwhelming positive experience. I decided to wait 1 full year to see if there are any issues that arose before writing this review. Our roof was installed in May 2025. From the very beginning, the company was responsive, answered all questions, and always professional. John, the GTA manager, explained the process, brought samples, and was very realistic with the pros and cons of metal roofing. He was always prompt with replying to emails and worked with us to get the design that we wanted. The installation team was very experienced, and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. They were professional, courteous, and explained things as they worked with updates and estimated time to completion. After the roof was completed, they made sure to clean up around the house manually and with a magnet. John came by to do a final inspection of the completed roof. This was reassuring that the company values quality work. We love the look of the roof, the colour, and design. We have had so many neighbours compliment our roof, and a few that asked for the company contact to get their own quotes. We have no regrets except that we should have called them first instead of wasting time with another company initially. 1 year later the roof looks like the day it was installed. There has been no fading of the colour, it handled the snow and ice from our last terrible winter without any issues, and there has been no issues whatsoever. Green Metal Roofing did a fantastic job and deserves to be successful and receive their due praise. We are so happy we went with them to install our metal roof.

  I got my first metal roofing done in 2014 (brampton east) by Green metal roofing and now I had my roofing done ( brampton west) again by these best in the business,truly professionals. Sales rep John Olezak was involved from start to finish and handled it very smoothly,gem of a guy. Installer Kaio and his team were highly skilled, kept safety and the property clean at all times. They even came back to fix minor imperfection after the job was done.Appreciate. My roof looks awesome. Manjeet Singh

  We noticed leaking from our old roof after a extreme rain event in October 2025. We knew we needed to replace the roof before the winter. We feared the potential for leaking damage due to the future spring thaw of accumulated snow. We shopped around for pricing and material specifications. Our sales Rep. John Olczak, Green Metal Roofing, impressed us with his knowledge of metal roofing industry and with very good pricing. We had a very tight time frame to install before winter weather arrived. John worked with his installers to fit us in. Their crew, led by Jan, arrived as promised and worked efficiently to complete our beautiful new roof. They had to persevere through a rare early snowfall in Nov. They removed the snow and carried on. We really appreciate their determination. The quality and look of the roof is very impressive as is the transferable warranty, something that truly adds value to our property. Dziękuję, John, Jan and Crew.

  We are doing a pretty big reno/ expansion on our home. We met John at a home show last winter and immediately felt at ease with him. Over the next few months he came on-site and we reviewed different options. Throughout this time, John was so supportive. We chose Green Metal Roofing, then waited some time for the expansion to be completed. The install team was incredible. They showed such great pride in their work, every day. The finished product is amazing, and we couldn't be happier. Hands down, we would chose Green Metal again without question. They can show you, a metal roof is within your reach and so much nicer than asphalt shingles.

  Ran into an issue with insurance renewal and age of roof (19 years). Jerred was able to inspect the day after being called and provide comprehensive report needed the next morning. Excellent service from Jerred and Tanya.
