My "brand new roof". Only about 5 rafters replaced. The main ridge board is STILL split in half. Only about 1/4 of the solid decking, if not LESS was replaced. You can see the waviness from miles away i cannot believe you guys call this a job well done. Not to mention you left half the roof off for over a week, while it rained, before coming to finish the job.

I am a previous customer. Started this process in late July. After getting things worked out with insurance and coordinating with Sherriff Goslin, I asked when would project begin. I was told next Spring, and they would need half the money down. I don't believe that is a good business practice and I will not be working with Sheriff Goslin or referring anyone to them

  Reply from the business

Tim, due to the backlog of roofing projects we are currently working, we cannot promise the work can be done this fall... and we apologize. When scheduling projects into the spring we do require a small down-payment at the signing of the contract, this is a standard business practice in our branch. We do not require 50% down at the time of signing, and we apologize for the confusion. We do our very best to work with insurance, but it is often a very slow process. We have no control over how fast or slow that process goes as it is at the discretion of the insurance company. If you have any other concerns feel free to reach out to the Battle Creek office for further inquiries.

Sherriff Goslin's folks are tops! They made short work of a couple structural problems that have been bothering us for years! And did an outstanding job locating and repairing gouges in our roof from branches thrown by the May storm. Cordial and professional customer service; good people you can trust. We'll have them back for any future roofing issues. Thanks so much!

My mom needed help assessing her roof and Mike Woodhouse did an amazing job helping, not only an assessment, but also had the team service the roof by resealing some areas as well as cleaning out the gutters! We will definitely be getting our next roof from them

Excellent, honest, and timely communication. Put in the work to find the shingle we were requesting. Time from contract to roof placement was faster than expected or anticipated. Crew was professional and took extra precautions to keep our property clean both during and at the completion of the project. Highly recommend!!!

Got my whole roof replaced by Sherriff Goslins Team - whole crew did an amazing job replacing the roof including the boards underneath the shingles. Was kept informed during the complete process with picture updates and status reports. Team cleaned up the job site and gave me an overview about the details once they were finished. Overall very satisfied with the quality of the job and the customer support. Thanks to the whole crew!

Honest and professional are the best words to describe Mike and his Sherriff Goslin crew. I feel really good about the workmanship and quality of my new roof. Mike’s communication and narrative of when and how the roof was being installed was fantastic. Hopefully I will never need to replace a roof again, but if I did I would use Sherriff Goslin again. 5 out of 5 stars from me.

Then entire Sherriff Goslin team made the Roof replacement process very easy. Matt really helped me understand which product was best for our home. We decided on the StormMaster Shake Moonlight Beach shingles and they look amazing on our house. The Sheriff Goslin company provided the roofing crew the proper equipment to enable them to be safe , efficient and professional while doing the installation. Mike, Aiden and his team did an awesome job with the project management and roof replacement. I highly recommend choosing Sheriff Goslin Roofing for your next roofing replacement experience.
