  I'd like to change my 5 star rating now that it's been 3 years almost. They came got the roof done, but didn't put any effort into making it look the way I feel it should. New roofs shouldn't have waves right? A little over a year later the exact same spot that got me to hire time, began to leak again. They had the shingles tested and determined that the quality was way below acceptable and tore everything apart to replace it. We'll fast forward to roughly 2 months ago when I woke up to a waterfall coming through the EXACT SAME SPOT!!! They were very quick to respond and so far it hasn't leaked a drop...yet that I know of. What really irritates me is that with the continued water leaking in the same spot over and over for who knows how long before it was noticed, has now created a soft spot on my floor that wasn't there 6 months ago. It was photographed and from what I was told discussed with another gentleman. Someone would be in touch with me in regards to whether or not they were willing to assist with the additional cost I'll now have to repair the floor. I didn't expect an immediate response, but seriously 2 months later and not a word. Extremely disappointed in this whole experience.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. Started off great with a consultation and quote on a gutter job and a great experience there. Gave them a down payment and was told 2-3 weeks we would her back to be scheduled. A month later I called to see why we haven't heard from them and finally was scheduled for 3 weeks later. Date came and they canceled with my wife because it rained for an hour. Two weeks later I call because we still haven't heard from the so called gutter guy and get put on the scheduled for the next week. So another day im taking off of work to guess what......get cancelled again and being told we will let you know Monday what we can do. After 3 months of holding 1800 dollars and not doing the job thats pretty bold. Absolutely mistake going with their quote over the others I had received. Poor business.

  Was behind the Rapid Response Ford Edge as they left the South Shore business complex this morning. He was swerving and driving 15 under speed limit. Put his flashers on BECAUSE HE WAS TEXTING. Zero stars for a company that doesn't care if your family is safe on the road.

  The roofing work itself was done well — the sales rep who inspected the roof and the crew were professional, and the finished roof looks good. Capable company, but the administrative side didn’t meet expectations and isn’t an option for me moving forward.

  Came to St. Louis following the tornado. Went door to door. Cody promised a lot, then quit returning calls. Said they did siding too, but would only talk about the roof. Was full of empty promises and hot air. Tried to communicate with the main office and they quit returning calls too. If your in St. Louis, don't bother with them, it is a big waste of time. Stick with local firms. No photos as they did nothing!

  I had a very frustrating experience with Rapid Response Roofing LLC, specifically with their door-to-door marketer, Lex Breseman. Despite a clearly posted No Soliciting sign, Lex ignored it and left marketing material wedged right into the sign itself. This kind of disregard for simple boundaries is both unprofessional and intrusive. It's disappointing to see such careless behavior from a company, and it makes me question their respect for potential customers. I would not recommend them based on this experience alone.

  They came and did work for the house next door and completely trashed my driveways to the point I couldn't use my driveway..then bullied me and told me there was nothing I could do about itm called the police twice both times they were told to stay off my property and still continued . If I could upload images, I'd definitely show you. Then to not ask or accommodate in any form so that they could make money .

  They have been rude to me (customer) and the insurance adjustor several times. Their communication is lacking even when specifically asked to follow up or call. I wouldn't recommend this roofer.

  Rapid Response has been working with me for over a year through a bad experience with a previous insurance and then through a good experience with current insurance. They helped every step of the way and was always supportive. Work was done it looks great. We are happy with the work they have done.

  Tim and Aiden stopped by and inspected my roof for hail damage. Lo and behold they found lots of damage to my surprise. Without them stopping I would have never known and possibly had damage down the road. They are very courteous and helpful and willing to go above and beyond.

  I had hail and wind damage from an April storm. Trysten walked me through the whole process. It was paid for by my insurance company. Any questions I had Trysten answered. It was an easy process from start to end. I would recommend Rapid Response LLC to anyone needing a roof repaired or replaced. Thank you so much my home looks so nice now!

  We had a great experience working with Aydin Holley, our Damage Inspector from Rapid Roofing. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about all the possible options for our roof situation. After the series of high wind storms in 2025, our roof had sustained significant damage, and although the insurance company pushed back multiple times, Aydin remained persistent and explored every avenue to help us secure approval for a brand new roof - 100% covered by insurance. Aydin demonstrated a strong understanding of both the products and the process, and he took the time to explain everything clearly until we had no remaining questions. We knew going into this that it could be a lengthy back-and-forth process, but he kept us informed every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions, quick to respond to texts, and gave us plenty of time to make decisions—without any pressure. I truly appreciated that: no pressure at all. He made the entire experience seamless, and we didn’t have to handle any negotiating beyond filing the initial claim. Based on the outstanding customer service we received, I would absolutely recommend Rapid Roofing and Aydin. We have no complaints whatsoever! UPDATE: The roof job was completed in a day, and the shingles are absolutely beautiful! We are so pleased with the outcome and the final look, but the 40 year guarantee on the shingles also gives us peace of mind for the future. Again, the customer service for the roof installation and the follow-up to make sure we were happy was very nice. I highly recommend this company from start to finish.

  Called Rapid response on a Monday morning and by 5pm I already had an inspection done! Brandon was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in his inspection. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and made me feel confident that my roof was in good hands. On day two, Malik came out as well and continued that same level of exceptional service! It’s pretty clear that Rapid Response Roofing takes pride in both their work and their customer service. I highly recommend Rapid Response Roofing!
