  Apparently they don't believe in stop signs. Watched the pick up truck run right through on michigan by the BCFD in front of me while on my bike. Won't be recommending them anymore.

  Horrible customer service! Landon ignored me for over a month until I requested a Supervisor. Then he apologized and kept sending me the wrong quotes. He's either overworked, incompetent, or both. Don't trust the plethora of positive social media ads. This Company doesn’t care about its customers.

  The gutters are falling down one of them have already fell after a year we called and they won't do anything about it we have called many times nobody answered until we emailed them they said they will look at it its been months

  Received a quote for a single window replacement. I was ghosted as soon as I asked a question as to why the window was 3x the cost of comparable windows such as a Pella brand window. I do not appreciate having my time wasted.

  Call to get estimate on a roof repair and new metal roof on house and garage guy came and did measurement waited a few days to get cost and he said the owner was will to come and do job because it to small / far away

  We have a one stall garage needed to be resting led & new board 12,000$ no deal did get it done for 4,000 cheaper with air vents through another Co.

  Amazing company to work with! I had some storm damage to my roof and gave them a call. The next day John was out to inspect the roof and the rest of the house for any damage I may not have noticed. I walked with him and he explained everything he’s looking for to get the most out of the claim and nothing could be missed. Explained every step of the insurance and installation with me and was just a call away for anything. I will definitely use roach again whenever needed!

  We hired Roach to fix some damage on our roof from a tree that fell during a thunderstorm. They were friendly, fairly priced, and completed the work in one day. The repairs look great!

  Shawn came out and gave me a quote today. He told me why my shingles were actually not staying. I had a spot where the shingles were off the roof and he took the time to go back up there put a tarp on it and put a couple shingles back on that had fallen off for me tonprotect it from the rain.

  This company was about as close to excellent as a company can be. They were awesome!! I had bad damage to my roof, from a severe hail storm. And they handled everything from communicating with the insurance company. To the final process of the repairs. Just couldn't ask for more from a company!! Landon Roach was absolutely the best.. I wish I could say more without boring anybody. So I'll leave it at that. JUST AWESOME !! THANKS SO MUCH!!

  Roach put new vinyl siding on my house. Their crew was efficient and I’m very pleased with the end result. Post job clean-up was good and the house looks great.

  Roach Home Improvement is the best service provider for all your exterior home needs in the southwest Michigan area.   My home suffered roof and siding damage due to trees falling during a storm in early July. I’ve had a few companies come assess the damage but Dawson from Roach was the most knowledgeable. He has reassured me and has guided me in working with the insurance company as well as informing me of what will exactly take place. My home is 160 years old and iI’m confident she is in good hands. Dawson has promptly answered any concerns and has made several trips to my property to put me at ease. He’s a gem! Although we are in the beginning stages of the repair, I feel I made the right choice and am feeling much more at ease thanks to Roach Roofing!

  We had a brand new roof done by Roach Home Improvement. They were very professional during the whole project! We worked with Shawn Bell. His thoroughness in examining our house, and its needs to keep problems from arising in the future was very impressive! He was the reason we chose to go with Roach over some of it's competitors in this area. He was always there to respond in a timely matter anytime we had questions during the process! We can't praise Shawn enough as a representative of this company for all his help on this project!!!

  Jacob and his crew out of Kalamazoo, MI are awesome! They treated us, and our home with utmost respect. We now have beautiful new "huge" roof, with massive peaks. They all went far above and beyond our very high expectations. They took our chimney down to below the roof line. Filled our attic with insulation. An immediate change in the upstairs of our 1890's house. They protected our hydrangeas and all of the our landscaping while they worked. Cleaned everything up before they left. Just awesome people. Very happy we chose Roach. Thank you so much!

  I was very pleased with the way my project was handled. Shawn Bell started the process for us. He was very courteous and respectful. He answered all our questions and kept us in the loop the entire time. The crew that did our roof were great. They did an excellent job and were very careful to protect our property from any damage. When they were finished, they went all the way around the house and garage at least three times to be sure there was no trash or nails left behind. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

  Recently we had a new roof put on our home. The need was accelerated due to a small hole that developed in the roof. We met and received quotes from 3 firms. Roach very competitive. Roach, and Shawn Bell specifically, was the only firm who offered to patch up the hole until we decided on a vendor. The installation was scheduled timely and day of install went very smoothly. One small glitch occurred, and Roach worked with us to take care of this problem. Very satisfied with the new roof, and Shawn Bell of Roach did a great job in presenting our options, keeping us updated pre-install and went above and beyond in helping us patch the hole in the old roof, and his help with the small glitch that came up greatly appreciated.
