  Was promised several times they were coming didn't show. Was told 4-6 weeks show up time that was in February still haven't shown up. Canceled job and found a different company.

  We did state the earliest we could look at his repair was 4-6 weeks pending weather and progress of the jobs signed before him. After many updates on his job status He decided to purse another contractor so we gave him a full refund.

  Recently had our garage roof replaced. Chad was very polite and friendly when he came out to give the estimate. After the job was complete and there was an issue brought to his attention, his attitude completely changed. We will never do business with or recommend them to anyone we know.

  Had roof and gutters put on. Had a agement with the the sales personnel that they would put the roof on the way it was on the roof previously. The valleys was put on off sit. To my opinion it makes the roof look like its very uninformed. Very disappointed customer service. I was told by the sales person that they would take care of it. Year later still the same. Gutters were vere poorly done/ installed. Then one of the owners wanted to argue with me about what the out come was. But he did compassionate some of the price. But not willing. My opinion the sales person was very nice and professional. But the owner was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place. And if the roof specs couldn't been done the way requested I would have went with different type of shingles or different company that would have done in respect of the home owner or they should have said they couldn't do as my request. I have put in a request and information from the shingle company and they are very concerned about my position and looking into the matter.

  Mr Harper was asking us to install a valley in a manor that was prone to leaking and against manufactures installation guidelines. Sharp Solutions is a Owens Corning Platinum Contractor and our roofs are independently inspected by Owens Corning agents, Owens Corning ensures that our roofs are installed according to the highest industry standards. Mr Harpers roof was installed correctly. We wish Mr Harper the best in his future endeavors.

  Called a set appointment for 1/8/2022 which was delayed by a week by Sharp due to a COVID exposure. Rescheduled visit and Sharp representative arrived late and spent 30 or so minutes making measurements, discussing options and timing of the project. It is now 3 weeks later with no follow up. Delayed, late and now silent. As with most families these days we are busy and don't have the luxury of waiting on contractors who, in the end, are not interested in our business. Business must be wonderful for Sharp Construction to treat potential customers in this manner. I recommend you look elsewhere.

I assigned your lead to one of our deck specialists and in the mean time we had a death in my family. I had no idea there was not a follow up on your project., I am sorry. I would be more than happy to come out, my self to assist you with this project if you would be open to having us come out. Thank you Jason Habermel UPDATE: Spoke with the homeowner after their post and was allowed to provide an estimate for their project, as well as provide them the positive customer service experience from Sharp solutions that so many others have enjoyed.   Skylar does is exceptionally professional and awesome customer service. Very impressed with service and quality of work They were a real life saver when tornado hit our neighborhood. Thankful for their timeliness and fair price. Helped with insurance adjuster and everything went very smooth and as promised. Highly recommend.

  Best experience! We purchased an older home and needed a new roof for insurance. Contacted Sharp Solutions and the day we closed they started our new roof! Finished it, cleaned up the mess and we were very happy!!

  From the very start with our meeting with Jason we knew he was someone we wanted to work with. It was only a week before the team showed up to replace our aged roof. The workers did a fabulous job, from covering all plants and landscaping to their clean up. They worked in horrendous conditions with heat up to 90 degrees and heat index around 110. We could not be more proud of our home and the difference the new black roof has made in the appearance. Thank you Jason and your crew for a job well done! Will recommend this company to friends and family for their roofing needs! Danny and Doris Rutledge.

  My roof was leaking. I called Sharp Solutions Home Important LLC. Chad Ferguson came to my house went up on the roof and looked in the attic, took pictures and sat down and explained it all to me. Gave me an estimate and reviewed the warranty and payment options. Team showed up, removed roof, applied new roof and cleaned up all in one day. Roof beautifully installed and cleaned up well done. Full filled all promises. Very happy.
