  Not sure about the business but the employees they have are a bit rough. I was driving on I64 in Waynesboro VA on 04/06/23 at 505pm and one of their trucks, a white F150 with ladder rack flew past me and cut me off. He was driving at an excessive rate of speed. He was cutting of traffic and cursing as he went by. He came up beside me and was hold up his phone as if he was taking a picture. His phone has a yellow case. Something needs to be done with this guy before he kills someone.

  Mr. Gordon, I want to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Driver safety and jobsite safety are of the utmost importance to us. We stress the importance of both of these daily to remind every employee to be safe during the course of their day. We have investigated this matter and have addressed this with the individual you identified. We are also discussing this matter at our next company safety meeting. I appreciate your offer to remove this review only if I divulge the disciplinary action taken against this employee. I accept your offer. This 1 star review about an individual will remain. I will NEVER discuss the disciplinary actions taken against an employee with another person. Not only is this poor management practice and unethical, I believe it is against the law. I am currently waiting to hear from our attorney to confirm this. Once again, Thank you very much for bringing this matter to our attention so it can be addressed properly.

  The way they dealt with us was not very good we called and asked if they could come on the times we needed them to come they said they could only come certain times and there was a $200 charge to have the roof inspected whether we use them …

  Mr. Hubbard, I am sorry that the customers who called in before you had already taken the time slots that you were available. I am sure that you would not like it if you had previously scheduled an appointment and then were told it was cancelled, because another customer could not be accommodated. We schedule all customers in the order they call in to us. Yes we have a minimum service fee for all dispatched crews. Sending out a truck, and a service tech does cost money. We are prepared to complete minor repairs while on site and provide 1 hour of labor in the $199 service fee. Thank you for calling CTR and I hope that when you are ready for a quality roof replacement that you do give us another opportunity.

  I would have been a new client and was referred to this office by another roofing company who was booked 2 months out. Heather, who answered the phone was incredibly rude, not friendly or helpful whatsoever. I can't imagine the business they lose if she treats potential clients the way I was treated.

  Ms. Jones, I wish to respond to your complaint against our employee Heather. First - Let me just say that you are the first person in Heather's 3 years of employment here at CTR who has said that she was rude to them. We have had many of the opposite comments made about Heather, and those individuals cared enough to speak directly to me and tell me what a wonderful employee she is and how helpful she was while assisting them over the phone. Second - When I asked Heather about her interaction with you, she had no idea who you were since you never identified yourself on the phone. You merely stated you were calling on behalf of someone. Third, The service that you had asked for my company does not do, never has and never will. CTR does not do inspections for realtors, home owners who are buying or selling their homes or businesses doing the same. Ms. Jones this is MY choice as the owner of the company, not yours because you want us to do something. I understand that you may have been frustrated because other companies were not helping you obtain the service you were seeking, and one even referred you to CTR mistakenly thinking that we did perform roof inspections. Either way, Heather simply informed you that we do not perform that type of work and you found her to be rude. It is not fair to Heather for you to take your frustration out on her. Lastly - You also wanted us to perform your requested service within 24 hours. Ms. Jones, no one gets any type of service within 24 hours! This is busy season and no one customer is viewed as more important than another who has already scheduled an appointment with my company. I know that today people can and do post ratings regarding their experiences with a company. I can tell you that as a business owner it has become very easy to determine what reviews are truthful and what reviews are vengeful. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at the office.   Great job replacing our roof. It only took 2 days and after they cleaned up, it looked like no one had been here. They had great communication through the whole process and had inspecters come to make sure the crew had cleaned up, looked for nails and review the work done. They guarantee the work for 5 years and file all the warranties with the manufacturers for you. I would highly recommend.

  We did a lot of research, got 6 offers (several with the same shingle) and Cross Timber had the lowest price. They did an outstanding job. Communication from start to finish was great. Even with our almost 100 degree weather the crew was efficient, timely and personable. Do your own research but you will be very satisfied if you use Cross Timber.

  I needed some roof repairs and contacted Cross Timbers Roofing. Mr. Stacy Bolton, the office manager listened to my concerns and set up a time for the inspection. The roofers came out, a gentleman named Carl and another young man. They were very thorough in their inspection and shared their assessment with me. Mr. Bolton gave me an estimate of the cost of the repairs and a full replacement. He fully explained about the repairs versus doing a full replacement. In the end because of an unforeseen situation I had to do the repairs for now. Carl and another young man came out and it took about 3 1/2 hours to do the repairs. There is no question that when I’m ready to do a full replacement Cross Timbers Roofing will do the job. If you are looking for a Roofing Company that is honest, trustworthy, professional, timely, and reasonable in cost, Cross Timbers Roofing Company is the one you want hands down!!!   Terrific job by Cross Timbers roofing. They installed my roof 20 years ago and have maintained it ever since. Recently they fixed a few weather related shingle issues as well as stoping a squirrel from getting back into the roof. In fact they forced the squirrel to come out and replaced the flashing to ensure they don’t come back. Great job!!
