  Never use this company before however I live in Prairie Grove, Arkansas and have a clearly marked, no solicitation sign per city ordinance . And they still come up on the door and knockNo one answers and they slipped their card in between the door and the no soliciting sign so I would not recommend using this company because they won’t listen to a simple sign and still insist on door-to-door sales when it’s clearly unwanted. Reported violation to the city.

  So my expirence sounds unreal compared to everyone else .. I was asked for the money up front by landon.... which was weird as I've never been asked to pay till after a project such as this ... anyhow at this point I just said no ...and he left ...but from beginning to end the dealings were very weird ...so much that I've had other contractors on standby ...I've decided to go with another company and have yet to even meet them but already feel more of a trustworthy business interaction....

  I had my roof replaced March 2023 by Shamrock. While they did do an efficient roof replacement it did not go without it's issues. First after I diligently researched what kind/type of shingles i wanted which was Malarkey they told me they were not avaliable. When I saw that my neighbors both had the Malarky Shingles delivered to their house I contacted Cody Hester the branch manager and told him my neighbors just got Malarky delivered to them. He reluctantly changed my order to the Malarky. Fast forward 2 years we had an unprecedented hail storm a month ago which an adjustor and different roofing company just looked at my roof. Shamrock put TAMCO starter Shingles down which voided my Malarky warranty. Just be very cautious and check ALL materials if you plan on using Shamrock Roofing

  Shamrock fell far below our expectations. Joshua B was unhelpful throughout the insurance process, leaving us confused and frustrated. He barely communicated with us and didn’t handle the adjuster meeting effectively, creating unnecessary delays and complications.

  Tyler from Shamrock came out to do a roof inspection, and he did an outstanding job. He was fair, polite, honest, and thorough about what needed to be repaired and what was already in good condition. He showed videos of the roof. He noticed a few nails that needed to be sealed, but he didn’t have the necessary materials in his truck. Rather than leave it, he came back and took care of it himself on his own time. He pays close attention to detail and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. He went above and beyond what was expected, and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend Tyler and the gentleman who was with him. They were both professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with!

  Tyler McNally from this roofing company was outstanding. He came to my home to go over the condition and age of my roof, and he explained everything clearly with photo evidence so I could see what he was referencing. He took the time to answer several insurance‑related questions as well and helped me avoid unnecessary costs that another roofing company had tried to push on me. Tyler is honest, knowledgeable, and patient. I highly recommend requesting his assistance for any roofing concerns or questions.

  Tyler McNally responded to our inquiry within minutes and came out to diagnose and provide an estimate the same day. Eric took the ball from there, his crew scheduled as soon as weather broke, led by Andrés Tavares. Andrés was such a blessing-he took the time and effort to go beyond replacing all the pipes, flashing, seals and damaged shingles we had discussed to further investigate to ensure problem was truly corrected. Whereupon he discovered screws and test holes that the solar company had drilled when doing our solar panels installation that were leaking and causing the water damage to various ceilings, and seal those off as well. While we hadn't yet discovered the gem that Shamrock Roofing turned out to be- I can't express how grateful I am to have these issues repaired properly and behind us now- we will definitely put our trust and money in Shamrock for our next complete roof replacement soon!

  I would recommend Shamrock roofing NWA to anyone needing a new roof! They did exceptional work from start to finish. Tyler, the project manager, was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.   When our son, Tristan Simpson, came home (Easton, KS) after the snow/ice storm, we had him check our roof for damage. He was very professional and extremely polite ( even though we were his parents). He made sure the vents were intact and that there were no leaks or loose shingles. All the gutters were still firmly in place. Roof was in good shape. When it comes time to replace it, we will go with Shamrock roofing simply because of the professionalism and quick response time. Besides, if you can't trust your own family who can you trust?

  Zane Taylor and crew are the best bar none. I have been working on my house a lot since the tornado 2024. Zane Taylor made sure everything was done perfectly. The decking was removed so alot of stuff fell in. They even cleaned it up. This all at a fair price.

  We just had a section of flat roofing done, and Shamrock came through. We went through Zane Taylor and he was on top of every detail. His communication was great and he was very responsive. The crew went above and beyond on the project and it was more affordable than we expected!
