  The work was done in a timely manner. One person showed up to do the work and was here about 30 minutes and charged me $600. Very overpriced!

While the repair itself may have taken approximately 30 minutes, the price reflected much more than the time spent on the roof. This particular repair involved a steep 12/12 second-story roof, which requires specialized safety measures, experience, insurance coverage, travel time, material procurement, and multiple trips by our team to inspect, diagnose, and complete the work properly. We also provided options during the estimating process. One option allowed you to purchase and provide the shingles yourself to help reduce the overall cost, while the other included us supplying the materials. You chose the estimate where we provided the shingles, and the pricing reflected that selection. Most importantly, the scope of work and price were discussed upfront, and the estimate was approved before any work began. We never perform work without customer authorization, and there were no surprise charges. We understand that not everyone will agree with our pricing, but we stand behind the quality, safety, and professionalism of the service provided. We appreciate the opportunity to help with your repair and wish you the very best.

  They will go over your budget. They will not notify you. They will immediately put a lien and involve legal if you question pricing. My contractor(Kevin) refused to put any sort of effort into contracting labor. Went with the first crew/quote he would get without running it by me for almost every trade. For example cost ~$15,000 for 2,000 sq/ft of drywall and took 5 weeks to complete. 7’x4’ walk in shower cost ~$12,000 to complete and we provided all the tile and grout. To top it all off they attempted to charge me ~$7,000 in late fees 6 months before the project was completed. I won’t even dive into the quality of the work because it’s too pitiful.

  Poor communication!Job took 4 days because they only sent 2 guys and left without a word. Still the gutters not complete.

  I have contacted the company to do a quote. Representative was late on the appointment 30 min. She promised to send the quote next day. I have sent email, left voice massage, spoke to her- 1 week is over , no quote. I have give up and call to different company.

  Made apt for estimate for 12:00, call receptionist at 12:15 she said there is a 1 hour window and the person will call when they are on the way. I informed her that was never stated because I had booked people every 45 mins for estimates …

  They installed siding for the most part looks good. However somethings they removed they didn’t put back and that’s very disappointing.

  Very efficient. Finished in a day and a half. Matt always kept me posted on every step of the process. The roofing crew was very respectful and did a great cleanup job. I would highly recommend.

  Brain and pinnacle roofing went above and beyond. After insurance denying my claim the first time even having the size of tennis ball hail damaged… Brian took the time to put a supplement and he navigated everything with my insurance company….. the roof looks fantastic! From the office to the actual roof installer work really hard. I appreciate the whole team so much.

  I had an amazing experience with Pinnacle Roofing! They replaced my roof and gutters, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special shout out to Brad Clark for being so helpful, communicative, and making sure everything was taken care of. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the entire project. The crews were fantastic. They were respectful, friendly, worked hard, and took great care of my property throughout the job. One thing that really stood out to me was how thorough they were with cleanup. They ran the nail magnet multiple times (I believe around 3 times), which I truly appreciated as a mom of a 4-year-old. It gave me peace of mind knowing they were being so careful to make the area safe after completing the work. The quality of the roof and gutters is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about their customers and the work they do.   Pinnacle Roofing partnered with us on a solar job. We needed a roof done before we could continue our work. Brian was able to get us a quote within 48 hours and the roof was on by the end of the following week. Very smooth and easy process. I would definitely recommend.

  Bret and his team did an amazing job! We had some soffit and a portion of our roof that needed fixed. Not only was he able to get me on the schedule the next day but they also got it fixed in a timely manner! I would recommend Pinnacle Roofing to anyone!
