  Came and “fixed” roof…still leaked and had company come back… wouldn’t honor their work and wanted to give me a new estimate. Would not recommend their work!!

  My son used Foster’s for his small older rock home. The crew did not properly install the shingles. Foster’s feels he wants perfection. After all this snow his attic is soaked where the snow has melted and made its way through the shingles and nails. It was a big deal for him to trust them with his home. They did not honor that trust.

  Worked on the office building next to my house and left all kinds of trash and roofing scraps in my yard for me to clean up. I assume they knew it was there too since they repeatedly used my driveway to access their project site.

  Had a leak, requested inspection. They came out and looked at roof for about 5 minutes and suggested contacting insurance. Fine, no problem. Insurance did not immediately recommend full replacement but I emailed details on to contact at Foster. No reply. Attempted follow up with text/phone and waited a month but no response. I know everybody is overloaded with work and I could have put more effort into getting a response but I chose to move on to another company which promptly helped escalate my case with insurance and had everything replaced quickly (including coordinating with solar company).

  We regret the misunderstanding in our phone call with you regarding the metal shed. We do not do any type of framing for a metal roof. I hope the referral you were given will be helpful in that they do frame. It is always hard to hear that we did not meet expectation; we value our clients and our community.

  Would not recommend! Called for a quote to repair my roof it has been leaking and attempts to repair have failed. So I called a, “professional” the representative that came out went to my neighbors roof prior to even calling me. He then called me and was making recommendations little did I know he was at the wrong address, I was out of town, then he finally realized it then got to my house and said “Oh I can’t fix that.” Then he continued to tell us how we could repair it ourselves. So maybe because I didn’t want a whole new roof he didn’t want to waste his time with the repair. If I could of fixed it myself I would have! That is why I called you Foster Roofing! If you can recommend me how to fix it myself then obviously you can fix it. Can’t believe you would turn down a job.

  Foster Roofing replaced our roof after a bad hail storm several years ago. We worked with Jared Brown and he was exceptional. We recently had a leak and I texted Jared and he immediately got back with me. The very next day he had his crew here to fix the leak. He communicated with me daily exactly what the crew was going to do to fix the leak. I recommend Foster Roofing and Jared Brown for new installation and fixes afterward.

  Foster done a great job on the roof. Clean up was awesome. I called them. I was not going to use any of the "drive by" companies that showed up the same day as it hailed. I will definitely recommend Foster Roofing!
