I had an extremely poor experience with this company. Contacted them the end of March to do a project. They strung me along for two months and then said they would be unable to do the project. During this time they did not answer texts or …

This post isn't in regard to any work they have completed for me, but I felt inclined to write a review because someone driving one of their work trucks on the 78 freeway was driving recklessly- tailing people and bobbing/weaving in bumper to bumper traffic. I believe wholeheartedly that how a company represents themselves outside of the job is just as important as the work they actually do. Tell your employees to do better.

Natalie, thank you for taking the time to inform us. This type of driving and behavior is not acceptable. We’d love an opportunity to speak with you regarding what you witnessed. If you are comfortable, please reach out at 479-231-1199.

We had great experience with Gage while handling the roof replacement and repairs to our gutters, when a tree limb fell onto our roof and cause significant damage. He was very professional, responsive and ensured the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. We are very pleased with the quality of the repairs and would highly recommend Elite for future work needed.

This company came out to my moms house to do an "emergency" estimate right after we had that horrible storm. Extreme High winds cause a huge pecan tree that was in the neighbor's yard to snap at the base and destroyed my mom's car port and kids tree house. I got a hold of him after hours, not expecting a message back but was I wrong. He responded very quickly and even fit us in the next day. Since it was an insurance issue we needed a proper proposal to provide. He was extremely patient and reached out to check on our safety and we'll being. We unfortunately were not able to use him due to the insurance taking forever and the insurance using who they wanted. If it was not for the insurance, we would have 100% used this company, not just for the fair pricing but for the communication they provided. He was so kind, respectful and friendly. When I spoke and worked with him he actually cared about our situation and wantes to help as soon as he saw the disaster in my moms backyard. Please dont hesitate to reach out to him and use him for your next home project, I know you will not be disappointed!!!

Elite has been working on a new roof for our home the past few days. Tonight, in the middle of the night, we received a message that two roofers were on their way to our house to cover it with tarps because rain popped into the forecast unexpectedly and they didn’t want our home to have any damage. I’ve never experienced this level of service from ANY contractor! 10/10 service. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or other service!

Even though their minimum was higher than the insurance check for my damaged fence, Sam was willing to have the work done for that lower price and able to get someone out the next day and get it taken care of. When there was some …

Lance Miller and his "crew" were phenomenal as they enclosed our screened-in porch, making it a very comfy extra room for our grown kids. Their expertise, attention to detail, and overall integrity are traits hard to find these days. We can truly recommend these workmen and their commitment to finishing a job correctly. Lance answered any and all of our questions with patience. Choosing the services of Elite Home Solutions for our project was one of the best choices of our lives, and genuinely a very rewarding experience.

The guys were great!! Everything was done in a very timely manner. They were excellent at communicating when they were coming and going and what the next steps were. They were careful with supplies to not damage or get dirty existing areas. Very attentive to our wants and needs. You don't find that kind of care very much around here. We love the work that was done. Insulation, dry wall, base board replacement, painting 3 rooms, and flooring. I would highly recommend!

Due to the NWA storms in April 2025, we had about $70,000 in damage to our home. Despite calling a few local contractors and never receiving calls back, I hired Ethan after he knocked on my door one afternoon after the storm and gave me his business card. He completed a walkaround that day, and we were off. We needed a roof, gutters, wood siding repainted, and worst of all, we had many historic leaded glass wood sash windows broken. Some of these windows were decorative, with lead caming partitions and up to 12 individual panes per sash. Elite was able to sub all of this out, and the windows were completed beyond our satisfaction by Andrew with Old Soul Carpentry. Ethan P was our contractor from Elite, and he stayed on top of everything from start to finish. He coordinated pictures and statements and assessments for the insurance company, made sure we knew when the contractors would show up, etc., and I always knew I could request him to intervene if anything was incomplete or dissatisfactory. He handles a very tough job with a lot of patience!

Once we decided to go with Elite Home Solutions, Eric got the permit from the city and had the roofing team out the next day. They replaced my roof in one day and did an excellent job. They cleaned up the area and left me with a new roof that looks great!
