  Had a 930 appt. They never showed up. They never called. Very unprofessional!

  I did not receive services from this company, but instead almost got hit yesterday by their driver. Was getting off the interstate when they came into my lane and almost hit my car with their trailer and had no care in the world. Didn't even consider signaling when trying to turn into a lane that was specifically for me. Try a different gutter company because these people do not know how to drive.

  I set aside an entire morning, we took off work, for an appointment to have my gutters fixed up. Not only did Josh no-show, he totally ghosted my calls to see if he was late or still coming.

  I am writing this review reluctantly. Since we have lived in our house, I have had Integrity do our gutters three times--a section at a time all the way around the house. They have good prices and do a decent job. They got here pretty quickly. This last installation, we were quoted for guttering and fixing a couple of missing pieces of soffit. The wind had blown these pieces off and we needed them replaced to keep out critters and the inevitable wasps that like to nest there this time of year. They finished the job and told me goodbye and I reminded them about the soffit. They fixed one on the side of the house and didn't do the other one on the front. Lead told me they needed to get a piece and would come back the next day. This was over a month ago. Since then I have called and texted several times. I have gotten commitments and apologies and promises but they still haven't shown up to fix this 5-minute issue that I really need fixed. Like the other reviewer, I will say that their coming and doing a great job for a great price is accurate but their follow-up is non-existent at this point. They really disappointed me this time.

  Incredible work, customer service, communication and end result! Crew started our roof at 7am and gone by 4pm. Once they left, other than an outstanding new roof and a sign in the yard, you couldn’t tell they had been there! Highly recommend if you need a roof repair, whole new roof or guttering!

  I’ve used Integrity on 5 projects for roof repair, roof replacement, gutters, and gutter guards. Always have a good experience with these guys based on communication, timeliness, and pricing. I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone needing attention to their roof.

  Integrity LLC just finished our roof, one word to describe it is, AMAZING! They suggest a color option and we went with it. It was the best color choice that we went with and the gutter systems that went along we with it. The customer service was professional and superior. I highly recommend them for any roofing and gutter works!
