  I would never recommend to anyone. We received great service from our sales rep Jaxson, but everything else has been a disaster. They remodeled a deck, siding, and replaced doors and a window for us. Coming up on one year and no follow thru on multiple items. Paid in full and they promised to complete with radio silence for months until I had to reach back out and baby sit to get someone back out. On top of constantly having to come out and fix items, they cost us thousands of dollars of damages we are having to fix on our own. Crews left a terrible mess, nails and sharp debris everywhere when a roll off dumpster was 20’ away, I had to spend HOURS picking it up myself after a child, a dog, and myself were injured and they still never sent anyone out. There is no accountability, I have been lied to multiple times to my face when the same person told me a different story last week. Sadly they will lose business with word of mouth, the house ‘looks’ good and we get compliments, but when they ask who did it “First Star Exterior” is who I would NOT recommend, the headache and apathy is not worth it.

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a good experience with this company earlier this year. When I needed them again I had them come by, but never even got a quote from them. Texted them 4 times, called them, finally got them to respond and they stated they'd get me the quote by that afternoon. Needless to say they didn't send me anything. Frankly shocked that a company would just dismiss business, and if they didn't want the business they should've had just told me.

  Where do I begin? Let’s first start with Mr. Tray and Mr. Evan… while collecting multiple estimates— post being badly burned by an unlicensed contractor, I meet these divine two. They not only uncovered hail damage— that I was utterly unaware of— they also showed up time-and-time again to ensure my project was approached with utmost integrity. While I ultimately proceeded with a GC due to the unlicensed contractor’s crashing (amid a wind storm) /becoming an urgent safety hazard, I can’t express my gratitude enough for this company. They truly live up to their name, which is rare. Thank you beyond words, you truly walk the talk. Exceptional hiring! Thank you! Rene

  Deric Herring was very helpful in getting my insurance company to cover the cost of my roof replacement. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of roofing. The workers did an amazing job in removal of all trash and the job was done in one day.

  I called First Star Exteriors when I needed a new roof. Pat Kelly was my sales rep and Chris Foster helped with my insurance. Both gentleman were professional and extremely helpful through the whole process. My insurance did not want to cover my whole roof, just the front slope. With Mr. Foster's knowledge of the roofing business, local and state codes, and insurance experience, he was able to prove that the whole roof needed to be replaced. I would recommend both of these gentleman to anyone who needed a roof replaced. The crew that came out and replaced my roof were professional, fast, and friendly. They had my roof torn off, the new roof put on, and the area cleaned up by the time I got home from work. Again, if you need a new roof, this company is the one to call.

  Resided the entire house as well as insulation and new OSB backing. These guys did amazing work and VERY TIMELY. They communicated all aspects of the job to me and made this seamless. I live in California and the job was in Arkansas. However, seemed like he was next door to me the whole job. Great work everyone! Tony T
