We take all feedback seriously, BUT HAVE NO RECORD OF THIS INDIVIDUAL AS A CLIENT. This review does not reflect a legitimate project or experience with our company. Additionally, we received a separate communication from this party requesting employment in exchange for not posting this review, which raises serious concerns about its credibility. We stand by the quality of our work and our commitment to our customers.

My wife and I had an Appointment for 8 AM with the owner on May 25, 2019, The appointment was set up the previous Thursday with Persilla, she assured me of how happy I would be and how great their company is etc. etc. I tried to call their office at 9am the morning of the appointment not hearing anything from them. Their office was closed...... after several attempts over the phone I received a callback from Persilla stating that they made a mistake in regards to the scheduling they could not arrive at my property for another hour being very frustrated I said that that was unacceptable. At that point she said that They will pass on the job they don’t need the work. Any company that’s not willing to take accountability for their mistakes and then pass on the work when they experience frustration is not worth doing business with.

Had a roof leak on the eave. I got two quotes. These guys were more reasonable. Dave is a straight shooter and very honest. They even allowed me to do some of the prep to save on overall cost. I highly recommend and will use them again.

Excellent company, excellent job done. They were both professional and very easy to relate to. We have had other roofers and will never go back to anyone but shake, shingle and roll. Our house looks wonderful and all the repairs were done to perfection on time and in budget. Great people…great job. Thank you all!

We interviewed multiple roofing companies, and ultimately decided to go with SSR. During the interview process, Dave (the owner) was extremely comprehensive and patient in providing us with all the details involved in the replacement of our roof. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and I really appreciated Dave's thorough explanations. Once we decided to go with SSR, Dave came over and went through the contract with us -- again, comprehensive and detailed in his explanation of all the terms of the contract. Once the work started, we got to meet the roofer Mario. He was extremely conscientious, meticulous and hard working. Our roof was done in June, so there was plenty of daylight for Mario to work (his preferred) long hours -- mostly 12+ hour days. His work ethic, skill and attention to detail was outstanding and profoundly appreciated! Our house, like many in Clairemont, was built in the1950s. We've done multiple remodels/additions, which presents unique challenges for the roofers. When these challenges were encountered, Dave brought in another valuable team member, Steve. Dave, Steve and Mario would brainstorm together and come up with solutions to the challenges. We had a particular challenge with our skylight. Steve drove down from North County on a Saturday (his day off) to help come up with a solution. The teamwork and work ethic was very impressive. The project turned out great. The professionalism, knowledge and execution was top notch. I would highly recommend SSR.

I had a small river leak last time we had a storm. Dave came out and determined 2 shingles and paper had blown off. They found replacement shingles and repaired the problem in a matter of hours. Very reasonably priced. They were neat, tidy and pleasant. Iwould use them again and recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or new.

I had to get a new roof. A couple of neighbors referred me to this company, and I thought Valentine was really good, dependable, hard-working, and on-time, and finished a little ahead of schedule.

SSR Roofing was recommended by our neighbor & friend Mark, owner of MDS contracting. We absolutely didn’t regret having the SSR Roofing replace our roof. Dave, the owner came to check the roof and explained what needed to be done. After we signed the contract, Dave immediately scheduled the work to fit ours. It took only 6 days from roof demolition to completely finish our new roof. Our new roof looks beautiful with the CertainTeed Shingles. The roofer, Valentin did an excellent job. He took his time to make his work very crisp & clean. We highly recommend SSR Roofing for all your roofing needs.
