I had a horrible experience this evening. I wanted a quote on an add on bathroom. I stated over the phone it was an ADD ON, not a remodel. Even after checking his notes thats also what it said. It was as if he showed up and saw that it would be a lot more work than just a remodel and was like nope. Just stated this needs engineering (which I’m already aware of and that this will also need permits) and wouldn’t quote me. I had to urge him to give me any sort of ballpark. I was so annoyed at this point I didnt even bother asking any more questions like…what is the typical process? what are the steps?… To even THINK about moving forward with this company. The only good thing was the girl I spoke with over the phone to schedule the consultation. She was sweet and accommodating. But the guy Ben they sent out to give me the quote…I would never spend my money on that guy.

We had an excellent experience with Peak Builders & Roofers of San Diego. Our project was fairly complicated: our house had a tile roof over an older shingle roof, a 58-panel solar array, rusted chimney caps, areas of dry-rotted siding and …

I had an excellent experience with Peak Builders for my roof repair project. From the beginning, the entire process was handled professionally and smoothly. Enrique, the project manager, did an outstanding job communicating every stage of the project. He kept me informed throughout the process and provided pictures of the work completed at each phase, which gave me confidence that everything was being done correctly and with attention to detail. The project was completed in just 3 days on a roof that is approximately 2,800 square feet, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. I am very happy with the final result and appreciate the transparency, communication, and care that Peak Builders provided throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend Peak Builders to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy roofing company.

I recently hired Peak Builders to replace an oddly placed, old skylight and would definitely recommend them if anyone is looking for an honest and reliable contractor. Throughout the entire process, they were very accommodating to my requests and professional in their communication. Enrique and the crew surpassed expectations to check the fit, form and function of equipment and even provided instructions on how to handle next steps in the project. I can tell they're passionate about their work and highly skilled in their expertise. Definitely promote now!

We kept thinking we had a random roof leak, but it turned out the old solar setup was the culprit. Not gonna lie, I wasn't thrilled when I heard that because I figured it was gonna turn into a much bigger project. In the end they removed …

These guys are the best! I was definitely the one stressing about the leak, so finding out it was coming from the old solar setup was actually a relief because we finally knew what was causing it. The roof and solar removal ended up going much smoother than I expected, and everyone kept me updated along the way. The best part is not thinking about it anymore. No more staring at the ceiling wondering if that stain got bigger. The new roof looks great, and I'm just happy to have it behind us. Thanks Eli and the Peak team😊

Been through a few contractors in the area and these guys are probably the most straightforward I've dealt with honestly, roof replacement came out clean and no surprises on the bill Would definitely use again.

Had to get some tile work fixed up where things were coming loose and they knocked it out in under a week while keeping the place pretty clean. Honestly surprised by the quality of the final result...

I interviewed 3 different roofing companies before I made my decision to have Peak Builders & Roofers do the work for my home. I give special credit to Jonathan for the time and patience he displayed in working with me and my husband through our roof issues. We have a flat roof over our garage which has perpetually leaked. Jonathan reviewed all of the issues and had a clear course of action for the process they would follow to ensure the flat roof would not leak. He was thorough, the price was competitive and he did not try to hard sell us. A detestable practice by some companies. The project entailed half of our houses' sloped roof and the flat garage roof. Fingers crossed for the next rain! If not, the work is guaranteed.

Roof replacement in March wrapped up fast with zero mess left behind, honestly caught me off guard. Three days start to finish, whole thing felt really clean.

Enrique and his team did a great job with our roof. I appreciated how thorough his communication was throughout the process: bid, start date, daily updates, and clean up. I got three bids for our clay tile roof, and Peak’s pricing was very …

After getting quotes from four different roofing companies, we selected Peak Builders and Roofers for our roof "Lift and Relay" project. Their quoted price wasn't the lowest but their proposal was the most professional - it showed they used the latest estimating tools and were conversant with the current code requirements. Jonathan, the project manager, was present at significant milestones of the project to make sure that the roofing crew did the job correctly. He provided us timely updates with videos showing the progress of the project. He was always attentive to our requests. The roofing foreman Roberto did an excellent job in working with the couple of crews that he oversaw working on our roof. One crew did the back of the roof and another the front. They installed two layers of underlayment after removing the existing 27 year old single layer. They installed 6 O'Hagin vents to make our attic breathe better and also replaced all the metal work like flashings and valleys. We believe that with the work they have done our roof is as good as new. We are waiting for the next significant rain to evaluate the performance of the re-worked roof. At the end of the project the crew did their best to collect all the debris and leave the premises clean. They were respectful and conducted themselves very well. We can whole-heartedly recommend Peak Builders and Roofers for doing a competent job on roofing repairs.
