  Proceed with caution when working with Ascent Roofing. I had multiple issues with the company, (formerly known as Alpha Roofing). 1) When my roof was redone in 2019 to prepare for a solar installation, the contract workers hired left clear water bottles filled with urine around the roof and publicly visible areas of my driveway. The issue was resolved when I talked to Carlos about it. 2) There is a lack of follow through with communication for repairs. Around December 2023 I noticed a leak in my roof, I tried contacting Carlos via email and found out that the email address changed. When I contacted via phone, Carlos texted me that he would check out the issue on a Tuesday. Without a visit, Carlos gave me a quote via text of about $600 to possibly get the roof fixed and to have me verify if there truly is a leak. Carlos never came to visit as initially agreed upon, and I waited until January 2024 to reconnect with Carlos when I saw that there truly was a leak. I contacted Carlos on a Monday and was informed that I would be contacted few days to schedule a repair. I had no contact for a week. When I reached out the following Monday, I still hadn't receive any contact from Ascent Roofing until I posted a 2-star Google review. Within 15 minutes of posting a review, I received a call from Carlos and a planned visit for that afternoon. 3) Repairs were done but not to satisfactory. Although there was a 3rd party project on my roof that possibly contributed to the leak, Carlos's father, Jose, proceeded to repair the area of the leak. However, weeks after the repairs were done, my husband checked the roof and noticed shingles were not fixed in place appropriately. 4) Before repairs were done to my roof, Carlos asked me to change my Google review on the company. When I made changes to my review (from 2 stars to 4), Carlos was not satisfied and requested I takey review down if I had an ounce of a negative experience in the review.   Dear Trishia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. First and foremost, I think it’s important to summarize what happened here before listing all the details. Everything below will show that even though the warranty was voided by having someone else do improper work over the roofing system we installed properly, our team still went out to the property and fixed part of the damage. Also any delays in getting to your leak repair (which we did not cause) was during an unprecedented 1-2 weeks of extremely heavy rains where our team was helping many more homeowners survive the downpour. Though we value all our past clients, we had to handle the jobs as they came in. I do want to express our deepest regret for the issues you encountered. We have always expressed how important it is for us to be able and meet everyone’s expectations and deliver quality work and service. Please know that your concerns were before / still are taken seriously, and I’m committed to addressing them promptly. 1. We deeply regret any discomfort caused by the behavior of our past contract workers during the roof installation process. Rest assured, we have addressed this matter internally to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future and we no longer associate with these contract workers, and with good reason. As you stated, we did take care of it and I’m happy to say this would never ever happen ever again to any of our clients. We try to instill our values and expectations to any employee or contract worker we deal with and will continue to always. 2. We apologize for the lack of communication and follow-through regarding the roof leak you experienced in December 2023. Your frustration with the delay in response time and scheduling is completely understandable, and we take full responsibility for any inconvenience caused.   We ultimately selected another roofer because of past work. I want to emphasize that our decision in no way reflects negatively on Carlos, Isaiah, or Ascent Roofing. We worked with them through the assessment and bidding process. They were impressive, professional, timely, and responsive to our questions. They were also fair and competitive with their bid. Give them serious consideration in your search for roof services.

  We had a complete roof replacement done by Ascend Roofing, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. After getting several quotes, Ascend offered the best value, and one of our neighbors highly recommended them after they had completed two roofs for their family. That recommendation gave us confidence, and they definitely lived up to it. Josue came out to meet with us in person, thoroughly explained the process, and provided a competitive quote. Once the project began, Jose was our main point of contact. He kept us updated throughout the entire job and was always responsive whenever we had questions. The communication from start to finish was excellent. The roofing crew was professional, respectful of our property, and made sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each workday. It’s clear they take pride in both their workmanship and customer service. They also offer great financing options, which made the project much more manageable. Overall, we’re extremely happy with our new roof and the entire experience. If you’re looking for an honest, family-owned roofing company that provides quality work at a fair price, we highly recommend Ascend Roofing.

  Very pleased with our roof installation. Professional, knowledgeable and patient (senior citizen). Josue was our estimator and his brother Isaiah supervised the crew. The crew arrived on time and were pleasant. They brought their own portable rr. Senior discount and some credit for fascia replacement. Warranty for roofing material and workmanship was good and transferable. We discussed the cleanup and all items were done well.

  Ascent should be high on your candidate list for anything roofing. The customer service is 2nd to none, they show up on time & ready to give personal attention to your needs. Every employee we came in contact throughout were all on the same page with the same goal. Even the follow-up afterwards was straight out of a Masters Class in the Customer counts!!
