  Colin's Emergency Roofers replaced the full gutter system on our house and garage, including new leaf guards and downspouts, and everything has worked really well through heavy rain and wind. The price was fair, and once the job was scheduled, the crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with, and the new gutters really improved the look of the roofline. The bright white finish looks clean and sharp, and the whole system seems solid and well installed. We were also happy with how smoothly the project moved along and how well the new gutters help direct water away from the home. My only small note is that the area under the old gutters showed some dirt from years of buildup, so a quick wipe-down there would make the finished result look even better. Overall, we are very pleased with the workmanship and the upgrade to our roofing and drainage system.

  We hired Colin's Emergency Roofers for a full re-roof on seven rental units and the garages across four separate buildings in San Diego. The old roofing system had six worn-out layers and was in urgent need of tear-off and replacement. After comparing six bids, we chose them because of the strong reviews, fair pricing, and our first good experience with Calvin, the project manager. Calvin and Robert, who handled quality control, were professional, polite, and very helpful from start to finish. Calvin explained why the roof replacement needed to be done quickly, and the roofing crew worked hard, stayed organized, and kept the job moving smoothly. They also did a great job communicating with us during each phase, which made a large multi-building roofing project much easier to manage. Soon after the new roof was installed, San Diego got heavy rain, and the new roofing system performed exactly as it should. There were no leaks, no unexpected problems, and no hidden costs during the process. City inspections went smoothly, the tenants had no complaints, and the finished roof looks solid and well built.
