Sentinal roofing did my roof on a house that I was about to sell about a year and a half ago. Fast-forward to now a year and a half later and one of them broke into my account to steal $505 out of my account thank God I caught it in time, but I have to close my whole account and get a whole new account. Be careful with this company. Apparently somebody on the staff is a thief. Skyler reached out to me after I had messaged him on Sunday .Now it’s Monday morning and the owners haven’t even bothered to address this with me. Stay clear of this company or your account will be hacked as well.

We take these types of concerns very seriously and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, our team—including Skyler—responded promptly. We want to clarify that Sentinel Roofing does not input or store customer banking information. All payments are processed securely through QuickBooks, a reputable third-party platform where customers enter their own information directly. We also want to confirm that the transaction in question was caught in time and never reached our account. Regardless, we were already preparing to issue a check to make this right on principle. Our company is built on honesty, transparency, and integrity—values we do not compromise under any circumstances. While we understand how frustrating and alarming this situation must have been, we want to assure all our customers that we are continuing to investigate this matter and are cooperating fully with QuickBooks to ensure account safety. If there’s anything more we can do to assist or support you through this, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly. —The Sentinel Roofing Team

I was hesitant initially when Skyler arrived to address our roof leak. He immediately put me at ease by both his confidence and his respect for my position. He certainly knew what to do, made short work of the task, and gave me a great deal. Sentinal Roofing has my vote! If I ever need their help again I hope to get someone of Skyler’s caliber, if not the man himself! Thanks and God bless!!

Thanks to Gino and Eddie from Sentinel Roofing for an excellent repair job on my condominium roof. I could not have asked for better. Terrific service. Great communication. Extremely hard work. I would definitely recommend this company. Billing was handled through our condo association so I don’t have information on that.
