  Ignored MULTIPLE no solicitation signs, in a City that requires a PERMIT to solicit door to door. Ridiculous and unethical. Do not recommend.

  So our roof is getting to the age of needing to be replaced. I put request via email to schedule date and time to come by to several roofing companies to email to set up a time to come by to review not just show up. Roofing Pros obviously doesn’t know how to follow instructions. They sent this salesmen Dominque to our house who talked a good game about how our entire roof is extremely destroyed by a “storm” that happened about a month prior and then wrote down on the folder of what we needed to put in our insurance claim to get it covered. He went on about how we were going to have a team of people to ensure that the roof was going to get covered and we would only pay the deductible. We didn’t submit a claim right away and what did Dominque do, he bugged the heck out of my husband for days telling him to hurry up and get us to submit a claim! So we did believing that it was going to be covered. After that nothing, no guidance no what the next steps are nothing. Insurance company blowing up my phone while I travel for work and I’m getting ridiculed by Dominque for not having the insurance coming contact him. Finally I connect with insurance company to set up inspection. Inspector comes out spends 4 hours at our house and we get review email of how there are only 7 shingles damaged?? What happened to the entire roof that Dominque and his 10 minute inspection absolutely nothing!!!! Make it worse no call from Dominque, we called the office was hung up on when I said my name and transferred to full voicemail twice afterwards. The one office person who supposedly tried to help hasn’t returned phone call in week and supposedly owner was notified but no phone call. At least we can say that yes they wasted our time but at least they didn’t get our money.

  Very terrible customer service.They have sales people come around to sell things.When they see a sign that says absolutely no solicitation don’t ring bell they laugh and proceed to ring bells.Thatvis terrible customer service.Dont use immature companies like this one

  A representative from this company ignored a clearly posted “No Soliciting / No Exceptions” sign at my front door and left a business card anyway. The card was actually tucked into the sign itself, which shows the notice was seen and disregarded. Please respect homeowners’ posted requests.

  Extremely pushy, especially with trying to scam your insurance straight away. When rejected trying to be nice about it you get told “all insurance companies backdate storm damage.” They were also nearly double the cost of a smaller family …

  I just had a representative to come to my house and leave a door knocker. When I opened the door I told him he was the seventh roofing company to show up this week since the storm we had a Sunday. He LIED and said it's because I have missing shingles on my roof. My roof was already inspected by a trustworthy company and there is zero damage.

  I drove an hour and a half to Ocala on behalf of my parents to do what should have been a simple exchange of a check for an unconditional release document. This matter was discussed prior to me making the trip and I was told everything would be ready and there were no issues. Unfortunately, the woman who decided to "help" me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She treated me like I was beneath her and an inconvenience from start to end. It was baffling the way I was spoken to. My request wasn't ridiculous or complex but I was met with an attitude, rolled eyes, and sighs. I was told to show the check to make sure i wasnt going to be wasting her time before anything else. I was also told "I am NOT going up those stairs again" when I asked for the claim number and a signature on the document and a separate signature on another thing. I offered her a pen if she needed one for a correction on the paper and she rolled her eyes and said "Do I LOOK like I can sign anything? I'm left handed" her arm was in a sling but I had no clue she was left handed or I wouldn't have asked. I also don't understand why she refused one of her coworkers who offered to help me, then speak to me like I'm ridiculous for wanting TWO additions to the vague document. I approached this like I would any other situation, with respect and kindness, and in return I felt burdensome for an extremely simple request. I felt intimidated to accept a document without the requested information because she didn't want to walk back up the stairs. I understand there have been ongoing issues, none of it involving me, but I expected a quick and professional exchange and instead was met with attitude and annoyance. The way I was treated today was disgusting. Awful representation for a greedy company. You should be ashamed.   We found Roofing USA Pros referal from a friend who got roof replaced from them and my friend pleased with their service. Janvier Nick , project manager , is professional and excellent customer service. He is super friendly and his team work very efficiently. He was helping me to work with home insurance company. Finally, insurance company accepted to replace my roof. I would recommend Roofing USA Pros to my friends and my family for their services.

  Anthony is phenomenal overseeing the jobs , addressed every little concern with courtesy and professionalism. Gabby took care of the financial aspect as well as the initial meeting to sign paperwork and choose Shingles, etc. They both are very knowledgeable and an asset to the company.

  The team from start to finish was very professional. The installation crew finished in two days which was surprising to me as they needed to replace multiple sheets of damaged wood. Communication was very high and promises were delivered. They even coordinated with a stucco crew that needed to make repairs to the chimney. I highly recommend Roofing Pro’s for all your roofing needs.

  I have had the pleasure of dealing with Shannon. She's very knowledgeable,easy to deal with. She's goes above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the job.   What an amazing experience we have had with Roofing Pros USA. We have been incredibly impressed with Nick Janvier, our project manager. From the initial roof inspection to completing the permits, his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail have been outstanding. He has taken the time to answer our questions and has made us feel confident throughout the entire process. One of the biggest blessings is that they are also installing an exhaust fan in our bathroom to help eliminate moisture buildup and protect our home.
