The cost of a professional roof repair is based on much more than the time spent on-site. It includes the expertise required to properly diagnose roofing issues, the labor and materials needed to complete the repair, licensing, insurance, safety requirements, scheduling, and the operational support necessary to stand behind our work. Before any work was performed, we provided a written estimate outlining the scope of the repair and the associated cost, which was approved prior to scheduling the work. While the repair itself may have appeared simple, it was completed by a trained roofing professional with the experience necessary to identify and address the issue correctly. We understand that not everyone will agree with the value of professional roofing services, but we take pride in providing quality roof repairs and standing behind our work.   So here is a complete detail of my experience so far. Nick was great on the sales team and cut right to the chase on price. I love that versus other salesman who took 3 hours to give me a quote while I watched a drawn out presentation. They came out 4 weeks later and got the roof installed in one day. I was surprised that they knocked it out that quick. However, a few days later I noticed the old satellites that were going to be removed were thrown onto an old mower and the hood was smashed. And the cables were hanging from my soffit. Out of all the places to throw it they throw it on my mower. I was also shocked because the lead called me and assured the project went well and asked for a good review. The mower was old and I know crap happens sometimes but I figured someone might have said something or did a walk around and would have at least mentioned it. Then I text the lead explaining what I found and sent photos and the response was "I apologize that that happened. But is that mower in running condition it looks like it's been sitting there for a while." So if you have something that doesn't look like it has value on your property it's liable to get smashed and forgotten. The roof itself looked good. But the customer care and consideration brings it down to a 1 star. I'm hoping the siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters will go better with Certified Roofing Solutions.

  Certified Roofing Solution recently completed the replacement of my entire roof on 09/27/2023. Unfortunately, due to a failure to adhere to county guidelines, Pasco County has yet to approve the inspection, and this situation has persisted for the past month and a half. Instead of providing clear communication and addressing the priority of rectifying the situation, the company associate repeatedly reassured me not to worry. Regrettably, this assurance does not alleviate the impact of the delay significantly exceeding the initially anticipated one-week inspection process. The prolonged inspection delay has not only disrupted the completion of the roofing project but has also put my solar installation on hold, resulting in an unexpected financial burden.

  All I'm going to say on line is I had 4 bids. This was not the highest buy no means, but I did not appreciate the sales process. I'm sure the Company is wonderful based on the reviews, however the situation with me was not pleasant. I will not comment further, other than, thank you for taking the time to read this.

  Quick update: it's been months, and I'm still paying the price for hiring this company. Driving on the lawn I got a roof nail in my tire. ______________________________________ I would not recommend hiring this business for your roofing project. The business uses or condones deceptive practices to get you to hire them, and trash/metal debris was left in the yard (see picture). In short; 1. I wanted a specific color for my roof, 2. Representative states they don't normally offer that brand of shingles but he can get it for me. 3. Representative asks me to sing on one of the colors they do offer to get the process going. 4. The representative forgets/doesn't care about my request and completes the job with their color. 5. I now have the wrong color on my roof. I wrote an email to the business about my concern and to attempt to find a solution. I did get a representative on the line who graciously reminded me they have my signature on the color that was done (telling me I have no legal recourse) and "generously" offered a 1.5% discount on the job. I mean, WOW! I can almost pay a bill with that. It would have been better to have had a great experience like the rest of the reviews, unfortunately it didn't happen that way. Now I'm stuck with the wrong roof color for decades to come. I was told "higher ups" are aware of the situation, so I gave them time to reach out to me. Its been weeks... nothing.

  Certified Roofing Solutions installed a Mocha Tan standing seam Gulflock system with high temp gulf shield peel and stick directly to our deck as well as pressure cleaning and restoring our elite panel roof with Gaco s4200. Not only was the whole process presented with a “no-pressure” approach but everyone was extremely communicative during the process. Matt (project foreman) was highly responsive to any questions we had. After the roof was completed, Matt ensured our property was cleaned up to pre work condition.

  Great job. This is our second roof Certified has done for us. There were a couple of issues with rain and crews but their customer service was absolutely super. Matt and Marty stepped in and made sure everything was handled above our expectations. This kind of integrity is the true measure of a company, putting the customer first and making things right.

  After searching for installers to install gutters at my home, I selected certified roofing and it was a very good choice. The team came out and installed the gutters it took the whole day, but It was worth the wait. As I watched the crew work, it was obvious they were there to take care of everything as contracted and they came through.

  We had a large leak appear after a strong storm on Memorial weekend. We called the next morning and Certified was out within three hours. Matt the project manager did a great job locating the leak and securing a fix. Highly recommend these folks.

  This roofing company is the best. Their excellent customer service from start to finish made an expensive reroof project an orderly process. Everyone in the company from the sales rep to the office admin were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The materials are top notch with an awesome warranty.
