It would be nice if these people would observe NO SOLICITING signs!

  Reply from the business

We really try to leave people alone. The economy has us trying different angles to share our company. Although leaving door hangers and soliciting are slightly different I understand your frustration BUT our policy is 100% to not even leave the door hangers on homes with no soliciting signs. Being as we leave them on the handles of garages maybe we didn't make it to the door to see your no soliciting sign. If that is the case then I'd ask you to consider forgiveness and maybe atleast think about changing your review. Even a 3 star is better than an extreme 1 star. Either way i am sorry to have frustrated you. As we are new to door hangers, all I do is apologize. Give me a call on my personal number if you want to discuss this 352-653-0697

Called for estimate. They promised to call back, never did.

  Reply from the business

Well heck man, I'm sorry Edward. This is gonna haunt me. Sounds like I, personally, dropped the ball. You should have called us back and gave me a good brow beating. You'll never have a hard time reaching me, I'm truly sorry. … More

While talking with this company, the other major roofing companies in Ocala were slandered by name on both their quality and time frames to start their work. He was also condescending and I ended the conversation after he told me that he didn't believe a word I was saying.

  Reply from the business

I'll own this one. Although I feel there is a little exaggeration and only one side here, it is close enough to the truth that I can accept the way it sounded. A lesson was learned. I could have done better.

Thomas Roofing was on time, quick, professional and the roof turned out to be a little cheaper than they originally quoted. They cleaned up great and I didn't find a single nail or bit of trash when they were done. I'd highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Thomas Roofing from start to finish. They were responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The crew did an excellent job on the roof, worked efficiently, and you could tell they take pride in doing the job right. They also left everything extremely clean when they were finished, which I really appreciated. It is not always easy to find a company that communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and delivers quality work, but Thomas Roofing did exactly that. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.
