  Though Action Roofing did my roof repair at a reasonable cost, it was a painful process to get it done. The sales person was professional, efficient and thorough. I was very impressed at the start. But then it all fell apart. I received the quote which indicated that I needed to pay a 50% deposit, then in the very next line it stated numerically that $0 deposit was required. Then, in the next line it stated that the full amount was due on completion. I assumed I had to pay the full amount on completion since there was no invoice, no information on where to pay a deposit, and no follow up from the company. The follow up came several days later in a flurry of text messages from the sales person asking why I hadn't paid the deposit yet. I took screenshots of what I had received and asked if he was expecting me to mail him a check or what? After that, I was sent a link to pay the FULL AMOUNT up front. I refused and was told only after I agreed to pay the full amount by clicking the link that said "pay full amount" would I get to a different page that allowed me to pay just the deposit. Communication is NOT Action Roofing's strong suit. Once I paid the deposit, a production person called me to tell me that they would schedule my roof when they had the materials in. I explained that I was traveling overseas on a certain date and she explained that they always sent images of the repair work. After a week had passed and I had not heard anything about scheduling, I followed up with the production team several times. Finally when I spoke to someone, I was told there were many "emergencies" and I would have to wait. As my roof was caving in from water getting under the shingles, I felt I was one of those emergencies each and every time there was a downpour. Finally I was given a Friday for the date of repair yet no one showed up on Friday. When I asked the sales agent why no one had shown up, I was given the same excuse - other people's emergencies. Yet no o

  I can honestly say I was not satisfied at all with action roofing. They came to give me a quote, but never went up on the roof to actually see what was going on up there. He just looked guess to probably approximate size and came up with a ridiculous quote!!! very unprofessional! I would at least thought that they go up on the roof to inspect it!!! I would not recommend this company at all.

  Worst roofing company in Florida! Poor quality of work, nobody that worked on my roof spoke English. It's been 4 months since my roof was completed and 2 days ago Action roofing called and told me that my check bounced. I paid by cashier check, no expiration date, they wanted me to get another check and pay again. Absolute ignorance from this company!

  Cory from Action roofing did a great job at our home today. We recently purchased this home and noticed part of the roof was soft. I called today, left a message and within a short time received a call back from Cory who was able to schedule an estimate appointment me today, same day!! That’s awesome! Cory was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Great service with Action Roofing and Cory. I appreciate that so much!
