  Sept,2020. The work finally completed after 2 weeks. Wrong roof/dryer vent installed. They had to tear out a section of my NEW roof (which The Roof Guys just installed and patch(reshingle the area).The gutters were reinstalled and nailed directly to the side of the house with no gutter support brackets permanently installed to support the gutters. Sprinkler head snapped in two. After 2 weeks The Gutter Guys came back and installed gutter support brackets .Bent façade at the front of the house. On roof completion ,I found the rain gutters had roof debris and nails throughout the gutters. Your answer that it did not meet MY requirements --leaving a dryer duct lying on the attic floor and disconnected to any roof vent and leaving gutters just hanging on some nails and the idea of weather related problems---there was NO WEATHER PROBLEMS...YOU DID a very sloppy/unprofessional job. YOU ordered the incorrect dryer duct(NOT THE OWNER)Do not recommend THE ROOF GUYS !!!

  We are sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. Extensive communication was made throughout the process including timeline expectations. We feel we went above and beyond including waiving the normal deposit and swapping out several vents at no charge because they didn’t meet your requirements. Some delays were inevitable for a job of this scope due to weather and other factors but some were avoidable, including one caused by your insistence on speaking to the county inspector only to not be home when he came by. Every issue you brought to us was immediately corrected without any resistance whatsoever on our part whether your requests were part of our original quoted work scope or not. After the job was complete and we went collect final payment you tried to renegotiate the price with the threat of bad reviews which is inexcusable. Customer satisfaction is the #1 priority at The Roof Guys, but we realize that some customers’ expectations are not realistic even when you go above and beyond to try and accommodate.

  The crew arrived promptly and covered all the landscaping and pool equipment with tarps,”. They were efficient in scraping down the old shingles, as well as installing the new ones. At the end of the day they went around and cleared the area around our house. Nobody would have known there had been a roofing crew there today. It looked better than it had in the morning! Kudos to a great job very well done by a hardworking, professional and very polite crew! Would highly recommend this company to install your new roof!!

  After a rocky start with some miscommunication between the office, the salesman and me, things smoothed out after talking with the project manager Isaac Vasquez. I expressed my concerns about a couple of issues. He said he understood. He took charge of the situation and made the right things happen. He and his crew showed up bright and early. They were very respectful of our property and to my wife and myself. He and his crew worked very efficiently as a team.

  We were very happy with our “new roof” experience with the Roof Guys. When we initially met with their representative he took as much time as we needed to discuss options, pricing and detail. They were patient, thorough and professional… but most importantly, they were not pushy! Once we made a decision to commit, every detail and expectation was thoroughly reviewed and put in print. They were spot on through the entire process. Their specified timeline was flawless; and there were no unexpected or unwelcome surprises. Our property was draped and protected well. Nothing was damaged. When the job was complete, their cleanup was thorough. The entire project, start to finish, was completed within 8 hours and the roof looks great! We highly recommend putting these folks on your top priority list!

  Our roof was replaced by The Roof Guys. The whole process was easy, and the workers were dependable. They took care of our property and landscaping ad the new roof was being installed.
