The search for an honest contractor is finally over! We searched for almost two years for the right contact who could balance our budget and build expectations for a 600+ SQFT detached garage, to no avail. And we’re so glad we passed on all of the other GCs and contractors so we could eventually get to Johnathan. Johnathan himself was super knowledgeable and respectful and willing to field our questions from start to finish on our project. He even did a walk around of our house and offered to fix a few loose shingles while his crew was on site. The teams he brought in were timely, polite, professional, and far cleaner than expected for an outdoor project. They kept all the construction waste in a designated area and did everything they could to keep any sharp objects away from our pets. The garage Johnathan built looks like it belongs next to our house and just about every neighbor of mine has stopped by to see it. Johnathan and Seasoned Exteriors are our go to contractors for any project we have around the house and would recommend them for any stand along structure, addition, siding, roof or painting.
