Requested and contracted for elastomeric coating in 2019. Roof continued to leak after repeated coatings done by Valentine. Valentine did not stand behind the product, only his labor. Please beware of this contractor.

The owner clearly didn't want to do the job, said he couldn't come until Thursday and then he never showed and never called to let us know. Too busy for good customer service.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. We would like you to know that your experience is not common and our company is service oriented. I'm sorry we missed your estimate, my grandmother had passed away unexpectedly and I had to withdraw myself from the business. We are trying to get caught up on our schedule, however we understand there are some jobs we may not be able to fulfill. We would love to earn your business.

Valentines Roofing crew and Valentine were very professional. I am a retired contractor and I was very impressed at the quality of work they exhibited. You won’t be disappointed when hiring them. The white section in the photo was our main problem( besides the main roof leaks) it was our screen porch roof that didn't drain properly, Valentine had to reslope this area and rebuilt it to a commercial standards. All I can say is Excellent Work !

Valentine’s roofing was referred by our realtor as the only roofing company that she recommends. Now that they have finished the job I completely agree. Exceeded expectations, definitely recommend!

Fair pricing, they went above and beyond to get it done quickly for me, and the roof looks fantastic. All around great experience.

Valentines Roofing has done three roofs and 3 skylights for us. The crew is very knowledgeable and professional and clean up after they are done. The owner is a wonderful and honorable man and expects nothing less form his crew. The jobs are spot on. He listens to our wants and needs and gives us exactly what we wanted. If there is a better solution he will make a suggestion even if the price is less but it's still up to us to choose what we want done. Keep up the great work. Thanks for everything. Ms. Eddie Portz
