  They’re obnoxious and lazy. They start before 8 and make sure to make enough noise to wake the whole neighborhood. They work for an hour or two then take a 3 hour lunch break, sometimes just stop for the day. They milk the job. I’ve seen small roofs like these done in 2 days, they’re halfway done after a week. They don’t strap themselves in on a 3rd story roof but they do keep the ropes nearby so they can say they were strapped in. You’d think they’d strap in after one of them slid to the end of the roof and almost fell off but nope, still just letting it lay on the roof. If you don’t care about any of that, it looks like the finished job is professional looking enough…..

  This is my experience, not my opinion. Your experience may be different: I did not call. I did not text. I did not email or use the website contact form. I went to the office and in person requested someone come to my house and quote the metal roof job. I was asked for and gave my name, phone # and address. I was told someone would come out the next week. That was 6 weeks ago. Yes, I could go back and beg them to take my money but, that's not the way I roll.

  Initially I would have given A-D's Metal Roofing 5 stars. They re-shingled my roof just over two years ago. Recently it was discovered that my roof around my metal chimney was leaking. Well, I had what I thought was a 5 year workmanship warranty. After several calls, a company representative came out and looked at it and admitted that they did not shingle and flash around the chimney correctly. “I guess we didn’t inspect our crews work properly” he said. Then came the fun, getting them to come fix it. It took my wife to go down in person to talk to them after half a dozen calls. Aldolfo gave multiple excuses and then finally said they would only charge half price for the repair. I was very upset, I called and left a message asking to speak to him, the secretary said he was out of the office, apparently he hasn't upgraded to cellular technology. The secretary then said that the leak was probably from one of the hurricanes so it wasn't covered, we still had to pay for their time to come fix it. This is not what their own guy said!! They finally came today to make the "day long repair", it took two guys about 2.5 hours. Bottom line, they don't actually stand behind their very "HOLLOW" workmanship warranty! They will find every excuse they can come up with to invalidate it. Also, good luck getting Aldolfo to return emails or phone calls. I still haven't gotten a return email or phone call, explaining why I had to pay any portion of the costs. Especially, considering one of his men stated and showed me where A-D Metal Roofing messed up shingling around the chimney. Extremely disappointed, I expected more. Will actively convince friends, family, and acquaintances to look elsewhere for their roofing needs.

  Dear Mr. Foreman, ​ Customer satisfacti­on is a priority at A-D’s Metal Roofing Co. It is very unfor­tunate that you are feeling this way. Our workmanship warra­nty specifically sta­tes that in addition to a phone call, we ask that our custo­mers send to us any leaking problems du­ring the warranty te­rms, in writing, so that our office may handle them in the correct manner. Unfo­rtunately, without the notification in writing, your chimney issue was initially treated as a new customer repair estim­ate. ​ When we came to do the estimate, and fo­und you are our prev­ious customer, the area pointed out to you by one of our me­n, was in fact many feet away from your chimney itself, and it did not cause any leaking. There must have been miscommu­nication that you discussed that area, and a very large cra­ck in the chimney it­self. Our man expre­ssed that they were two separate issues. We are not aware of the multiple excuses or the dozen phone calls you mention, but will apologize anyway. ​ We showed Mrs. Fore­man a picture with the very large crack in the chimney. Mrs. Foreman seemed to understand and agree that it was not war­ranty related. We tr­ied to discuss this with you, and how it was not there duri­ng installation, and could very well have been from one of the two major hurric­anes that happened since your installati­on, but we had no such luck in reaching you. Regardless, wh­en we found out how very unhappy you ar­e, we immediately credited your invoi­ce to a zero balance. ​ Please feel free to contact our office manager Elizabeth di­rectly at (252) 725-5797 for any possible resolution that we may provide, beyond the zero dollar repair (actually, the co­mplete removal) of your chimney. At A-D’s Metal Roofing Co. our Quality Guarantee is very important to us, and we back it up with our Workm­anship Warranty. Ho­wever, customer sati­sfaction is just as important and we hope for an opportunity to change your opi­nion and feelings!

  We have used AD'S several times and Adolfo and his crew are always a pleasure to work with! Brandon has been the project manager on the last 2 jobs and takes great care in his work and the satisfaction of his customers. They are quick, clean, and the roofs look amazing! We highly recommend AD'S for your roofing (and gutter) needs!

  We had a great experience with our roof replacement from start to finish. The crew was professional, efficient and did an excellent job. The entire process was smooth and we couldn’t be more pleased with the finished roof. A special thank you to our project manager, Brandon, for his outstanding communication throughout the project. He kept us informed every step of the way, promptly answered our questions, and made sure everything stayed on track. We really appreciated his responsiveness and attention to details.
