  Mr. Winer, there seems to be a continued difference of opinion in regards to what is/isn’t covered under your GAF Golden Pledge Warranty, which we have spoken with you about in depth. Your roof was installed by a certified GAF Master Elite Builder to all of their specifications.

  Mr. Artemisio, Thank you for taking the time to review our company. I'd like to address your concerns in your review. We had a signed agreement with you on 8/12/2019 with an estimated timeline of 7-10 days. We have everyone sign a three day "Right to Cancel" which would have ended on 8/15 and that being the official start date of your project. With the estimated timeline, this would have had us starting your project between 8/26 - 8/29. Our roofing crew started your roof on 8/28 which put us right in the middle of the estimated timeline you were given. With that being said, we're a little confused as to how we didn't meet those set of expectations. Something that we take pride in as a company, is taking before and after pictures of our projects to show to the roofing transformation. Additionally, our project manager takes pictures of any troubled areas of the roof and any issues (ie: rotten fascia, damaged siding, issues with handrails and decks, or spongy decking boards under shingles) around the house. This helps us to determine if we are liable in the event that issues arise after the roof is put on. In your review, you spoke about the siding of your house “being messed up” due to our crew. We have the pictures to prove that the siding on your house was already rotted in a lot of areas before we put your new roof on. We are also a little confused as to what you mean by "failed to do the entire job"? We installed a complete roofing system in addition to reflashing the chimney and redecking most of the roof due to the amount of rotten wood under the shingles. We do apologize if we did leave some "old stuff" in your yard after the project was completed, as we also have the production manager do a post inspection and clean up anything that may have been missed by the roofing crew.   We are sorry to hear that you feel that way Wendy. It is our policy to charge those assessment fees. Most companies in the service industry charge for diagnostics or assessments. You'd be hard pressed to find someone to go to your house to look at a repair of a major appliance without having a "service charge" or "assessment fee" built into the price. If you take your car to a mechanic, they will charge you to run diagnostics to determine the problems. We do the same, however, we apply that fee to the balance of the actual repair. So essentially, if you chose to have us repair your roof, the fee then becomes basically voided. We are very confident in the work we do, which is why we stand behind our policies, including charging fees for repair assessments.   Mr. Harper, when you called the office, you were informed that there would be a nonrefundable $250 assessment fee. This is for the production manager to address any issues. We also informed you that if you were to chose us to perform the required repairs that we would credit the $250 to the cost of the entire repair. We never received the request from you to perform the repairs. We do apologize if we did meet your needs or if their was a misunderstanding about our policies.   Called to have to get an estimate for my roof and explained that I my roof was missing a lot of shingles but that I didn’t know the complete damage and that my insurance company hasn’t came out yet. The lady replied that they are only doing replacements and not repairs and hung up. Now I am not a roofer so I can’t tell them what the total damage is to the roof which is why I wanted it looked at to begin with. So I won’t be using this company for of my roofing needs which is quite often due to all the storms nor will I be recommending them to anyone. Every unprofessional call staff.

  Extremely professional and the new roof is perfect. The entire process was quick and easy. They are all about the customer and from the initial estimate to the roof completion was incredible. I am extremely happy with how it turned out and I would absolutely recommend!!

  Second home we got a new roof installed on and they came out and rocked it again! Old roof off and new one on in less than 10 hours! Very efficient and clean up after themselves very well! Couldn't be happier with this company!

  Before anyone asks why four (4) stars. The max I'll give a company is four (4). The fifth (5) stare is for an employee that we feel that goes up and beyond their duties. Back in Fall 2022, we reached out to Coastal Carolina Roofing Experts (CCRE) regarding a GAF shingle roof replacement. CCRE is one of the few companies authorized to install this type of roofing product. Throughout our experience with CCRE, we’ve found them to be excellent, from the sales representative to the site manager and everyone in between. Last week (January 22, 2026), CCRE followed up to check on the roof’s condition and confirm that we’re still satisfied with the product. This is the 1st time I’ve seen Pro-active customer service like this in the trades services.

  The roofing team was punctual, professional and skillful. My interaction with each person on the team was great. From the inital gentleman Corey, that came out to inspect, and share the process, the types of materials what the company would do, to the financial manager that assisted in that area if I chose to finance, and I did.

  Impressive team. Work was completed in a day on primary residence. On a different house, fixed a leaking chimney that resulted from a previous company’s failed effort. That was a very big deal; since it is now fixed, an accomplishment that all the predecessors had failed miserably. So yes, I recommend them.
