As part of those discussions, we also provided a refund in an effort to help address the issues that were raised.   Can’t read apparently since they ignored my no soliciting sign. Woke my sleeping baby. Then proceeded to stand in my yard and stare at my house for far too long after I didn’t answer the door.

  Very unprofessional. Amanda blocked my email so I couldn’t save proposal , bashed another company I was going with and called supply company that my family member works for cause she was charging me so out of price. Will not recommend and will def tell other to stay away

  It's truly unfortunate that our FREE inspection led to such a misunderstanding between us. While we absolutely respect and acknowledge your experience in the construction field, our findings were based on professional assessments conducted by our team. It's important to note that your roof was not professionally installed. The estimate we provided reflected necessary repairs, including the chimney flashings rebuild, addressing various rusted nails and nail pops throughout your roof, and roof rejuvenation that kills your active growing black streaking, otherwise known as mold, which are not merely cosmetic fixes. Building houses does not automatically make you qualified as a specialty contractor in the construction industry. We always strive for transparency and fairness, and it's disheartening to receive a 1-star review for services that were not rendered. Especially since the CEO's attempts to discuss this further were met with silence, which is quite puzzling. We hope that future interactions can be more constructive and based on mutual understanding. We also see that you run a business and understand that Google ratings matter to feed your family. We suggest you consider removing this review since we did not actually perform any work for you. To all future customers, we deeply value your reviews as they impact our families and our reputation. We are committed to resolving your issues and kindly ask for the opportunity to work with you to find solutions.   I had a leak in one of my vents. Two months later I had another leak and they will not return my call and will not come out to re-fix my leak.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife noticed a leak on the ceiling in our laundry room, so I went up into the attic to look for any leaks and I noticed my plumping pipe vent was completely detached from the rest of the piping therefore any rain that made its way into the pipe attached to the roof went straight onto my insulation in the attic and eventually seeping through the insulation and creating water damage on my ceiling. I've called them multiple times, speaking with Jona to see what can be done about this issue. I asked Jona if the people who were putting my new roof in did any inspections to verify that everything was still intact after removing the old pipe boot and she only has blamed other services like pluming and HVAC for my pipe getting disconnected. Jona offered me to have people sent out to inspect and fix the issue and if they claimed it wasn't their fault they would charge me a fee. I then was told after she spoke with their manager that they come out to inspect and fix my pipe for free. They came by today and reattached my plumbing pipe. After speaking with Jona and she told me that I wasn't going to get charged for them coming to fix my pipe, they called me after the work was done and they left to tell me I was being charged a $99 fee. JT the owner of Maven called me after the repairs were already made and the guys from Maven already left saying that Jona will get with me and send me an invoice for their $99 service fee after I was previously told them coming out and doing the repairs was completely free and they were waiving all charges. Once again not taking responsibility for their mistakes. I highly disapprove of Maven. They are very unprofessional and will blame other services for their own mistakes.

  Asked Joe to come over and check out a portion of my roof that I wasn’t sure was properly installed by the builder. He came checked everything out and explained what was right and what was wrong. No pressure for them to fix it unless I wanted. He was very professional and a great help offering great advice. I would recommend them highly. MC HOLLY Ridge

  I had an excellent experience with Maven Roofing from start to finish! The entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.   I am a construction manager for a national builder and this is the most professional roofer I have ever dealt with. They really care about the product they install and back their warranty so it’s done right. JP Uribe was absolutely the best field rep I have ever work with. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none. He wants things done right by his company and the homeowners. That’s a very difficult task.

  We had Maven out to do our roof inspection for us because we suspected some roof damage due to leaks.They not only took care of the leak, but the customer service employees were amazing to work with. They were on time,communicated well, gave me updates through the whole process, and fixed the issue. We look forward to working with them in the future when we need a replacement. Great company! Great people! Great customer service!
