Our roofer suggested we stop by to look at larger shingle samples before choosing materials for our roof project, and it turned out to be a very helpful idea. Since it mainly serves roofing contractors, we were not sure what the visit would be like, but the experience was easy and welcoming. Raymond greeted us right away, answered our questions clearly, and helped us compare shingle options and color combinations that would work well for our home. Seeing the roofing samples in person made the selection process much easier, and we felt more confident about moving forward with our new roof.

i first worked with elias at Sea Breeze Roofing, and he was very responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable. he gave me a clear bid for new roof vents, removal of unused gas vents, and repair work in those roof areas. the pricing was fair, and the scheduling was quick, which made the whole roofing process easy. after the first service, there was still a small leak around the replaced vents, but the team handled it the right way. additional roofers were sent out within 48 hours, they matched my preferred appointment time, and they were on the roof and fixing the issue by 8:05am. they fully repaired the problem from the original visit, checked the vent areas carefully, and now the roof is holding up well with no leaks. miguel in the office was also very kind and professional while helping with payment and keeping everything organized. overall, i had a very good experience and would recommend them for roof vent work and roof repairs in Imperial Beach.

miguel and the crew were excellent from start to finish on our roofing project. sea breeze roofing showed up on time, worked in a professional way, paid close attention to every detail, and finished the job quickly without cutting corners. you could tell they really take pride in their roof work. they went beyond what we expected and made the whole process easy. the new shingles matched the existing roof very well, and the paint touch-up around the repaired areas blended in nicely. they also kept the property very clean during and after the job, so when they finished, it hardly looked like any construction had taken place. the office staff was friendly and easy to talk to, and it was very convenient to approve the work order online and pay the invoice electronically. overall, it was a smooth, positive roofing experience, and i would gladly recommend them for roof repair or replacement in imperial beach.

we've had a great experience working with company: Sea Breeze Roofing on two roofing projects in Imperial Beach. The first job was at our rental home while we were getting ready to close the sale, and an inspection showed the property needed a new roof because of wind damage we had not noticed earlier. raymond and the crew worked closely with our insurance company, kept the roofing process moving, and finished everything before closing. The new roof looked clean, solid, and very well done. The second project was at our own home, where the old gutters and roof drainage setup needed to be replaced to handle coastal weather and sun exposure in CA. miguel completed the work within the promised timeline, explained the materials clearly, and made sure the installation matched the style of the house. The price was better than several other roofing contractors we contacted, and the follow-up after the job was completed showed they really cared about quality and customer satisfaction. elias and the team were professional, easy to work with, and delivered strong results. i highly recommend them for roof replacement, gutter work, and related exterior repairs.

We recently had our roof replaced in Imperial Beach and wanted to share our experience. After noticing a little water around one of the air vents while grabbing some storage boxes from the attic, I reached out to the roofing company to see if they could help. I had read some reviews that made me think I might not get a quick reply, but I was pleasantly surprised. Within an hour of leaving a voicemail, Harold, one of their team members, called me back. He happened to be nearby and offered to stop by the same day. After checking things out, Harold quickly found the cause of the leak. He climbed up on our roof and cleared out a clogged gutter by hand, which is not an easy or clean job. Harold explained that the blocked gutter was causing water to overflow and run over the vent area, leading to the leak. He assured me this would likely fix the issue and told me to call if there were any more problems. The prompt response and hands-on approach really impressed me. I highly recommend this local roofing company to anyone in the Imperial Beach area looking for friendly and reliable service.

i had a shingle come loose from my roof, so i called in someone to repair it. they pointed out a few more issues, but i wasn't too happy with their attitude. since i had used keith before for my mom’s roof, i decided to reach out to him again. keith was very knowledgeable about roofing and made sure to supervise and inspect all the work himself. he even got up on the ladder to make sure every detail was perfect. while he was up there, he found a couple other small roofing problems and fixed them at no extra cost. he managed to match my old shingles so well that you can’t even tell there was ever a repair. in my experience, keith is one of the few roofers whose advice and prices i trust completely.

We had a fantastic experience working with Sea Breeze Roofing when we discovered a leak in our home office after a heavy rain. After searching for the best local roofers, we decided to reach out, and it was definitely the right choice! From the first call all the way to the finished repair, the team made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Elias and the crew were always friendly, patient, and made sure to explain the roofing process in simple terms. They showed up on time for every visit and worked quickly to fix the issue. What could have been a stressful problem was handled smoothly and efficiently. We're very grateful for the great service and would highly recommend them for any roofing needs!
