  Thank you for sharing your perspective. Roof leaks can be complex—water doesn’t always enter and show up in the same spot. It can migrate sideways, or along building materials. Our team is trained to recognize these patterns, and when needed, we recommend controlled water testing to confirm the exact source. In some cases, customers choose not to authorize this additional testing due to cost, which can limit the certainty of a repair. For this reason, especially on older roofs, we often recommend full replacement rather than isolated repairs, since a repair can’t guarantee against future leaks. For homeowners reading this, here are a few recommendations to help avoid this type of experience: • Ask for documentation – reputable contractors provide written assessments, recommendations, and warranties. • Weigh repair vs. replacement carefully – on older roofs, a repair may only provide temporary relief. • Consider water testing – while not always chosen due to cost, controlled water testing is the most reliable way to confirm the actual source of a leak.   PVC Roof I have a flat low slope roof and since there is no attic the heat would radiate down into the house. Prior to the new roof, the outside temperature was 77 degrees, the inside temperature of the ceiling was 88 degrees, and I was running the AC all the time during really hot days because the house would never cool down with all the heat radiating from the ceiling. After the PVC roof installation, the ceiling temperature dropped to 76.5 degrees with an outside temperature of 77. This was a significant change in the comfort level inside the house. I rarely have to run my AC and if I do it’s set on the *dry* mode during humid days. I obtained three bids and narrowed it down to two companies. I worked with Gaston who was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the vetting process. He was prompt and very thorough in answering all of my questions. His bid proposal was by far the most detailed and comprehensive. Maria, the executive assistant in the office, was also very helpful in providing all the additional detailed documentation I requested, e.g., product specification sheets, manufacturer warranty, insurance and certifications. Oscar was the foreman and he and his crew were always on time and started working at 7:00am each morning. They worked tirelessly during a very hot and humid week. Jose, site supervisor, checked in daily and was very reassuring throughout the entire process. On day one I met the owner, Tony, who stopped by again as the job was wrapping up. I greatly appreciate the high level of customer service, quality of workmanship, communication, attention to detail, professionalism, friendliness and level of trust and confidence from everyone.   I have used this company twice. Both times they did good work. 1st time was in 7/23, for my patio roof and work is still holding up fine. Just a month ago, had them replace all my roof caps. Again, work was done very well and for a reasonable price. There was a miscommunication about them doing an inspection regarding the cost. The company worked with me and agreed to a fair and equitable resolution. The office manager, Brian Rodriguez, is a wonderful gentleman to deal with. I would definitely use them again!
