After many years, I still have had zero issues with my roofing system. I have two roof sections, the original roof and a later addition, and both have performed great the whole time. It was easily one of the best investments I have made for my home. The upfront price was higher, but it has saved me money over the long run because it has held up so well and has protected my home from leaks and water damage. Every roofing concern I had was fully taken care of, and the results have been solid ever since. Even the gutter setup has worked well with the roof overall. I truly do not see why anyone would choose basic asphalt shingles when a stronger, longer-lasting roofing option can do such a better job.

I’m amazed by the difference between my old metal roof and my new architectural shingle roof. The whole roofing project was handled with care from start to finish, and Trenton guided me through every step of the insurance claim process. He was there during the adjuster visit, explained the roofing details in simple terms, and stayed available any time I had questions about materials, scheduling, or the roof installation. I was especially impressed by his honesty, strong roofing knowledge, and the way he made sure my needs came first. The crew did a great job, the new roof looks excellent, and the workmanship really stands out. Everything was completed professionally, and the entire experience felt smooth and well managed from the first inspection to the final cleanup.

5 stars is not enough. I am honestly so impressed with this roofing team. Preston was one of the best people I have worked with. My family was dealing with roof leaks and storm damage, and we were not sure who to trust at first. Once we …

i recently had my house reroofed by Chavez Family Roofing, and i could not be happier with the whole experience. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the service was excellent. preston, my project manager, and the crew did an outstanding job and made the entire roofing process easy and stress free. They installed high quality shingles that look great and should hold up well in the heat and sun. The workmanship was solid, and their attention to detail really stood out during every step of the project. The crew showed up on time, treated my property with care, and kept me updated on the progress so i always knew what was happening. preston was especially helpful, always ready to answer questions and make sure everything stayed on track. His leadership and customer care gave me a lot of confidence in the work. It was clear the team takes pride in doing roofing the right way, from protecting the yard and driveway to making sure each part of the roof system was installed properly. I was also very impressed by the cleanup after the job was finished. They left the area neat and did not leave behind debris or nails. I would gladly use them again and highly recommend their roofing services to anyone who wants dependable work, strong materials, and a professional crew.

i called about a small roof leak and set up a roofing estimate. Communication from the office was clear and easy the whole time. bryson arrived on time, was polite, professional, and got right to the repair. He fixed the leak quickly and also checked the rest of our roof for a few other minor issues that could turn into bigger problems later. We also asked about the overall condition of the shingles and how much life the roof still had. bryson explained everything in simple terms and let us know it is still in good shape, with a few more years left before a full roof replacement would likely be needed. That honest feedback was really appreciated, and there was no pressure at all. The whole experience felt smooth, helpful, and dependable. their team made a small roofing repair easy, and i would gladly call them again for future roof work or when it is time for a new roof. Top notch roofing service.

i called chavez family roofing after strong winds blew shingles off the ridge cap and left an opening that needed a tarp right away. the same day, trenton came out, secured the damaged area, and made sure the roof was protected from further problems. he also helped me start the insurance claim and gave me a fast, clear estimate for the roof repair and replacement work. the insurance process took a lot of time and had several issues, but their team stayed with me through every step and kept everything moving forward. after a long back and forth, i was finally approved for a new roof. i truly do not think i could have handled it without their roofing knowledge, patience, and steady support. preston was also punctual, easy to reach, and very helpful whenever i had questions about materials, scheduling, and the claim details. the roofing crew did an excellent job on our home in a chula vista. they worked efficiently, kept the project organized, and delivered exactly what was promised. the workmanship looked great, the property was cleaned up thoroughly, and the whole experience felt professional from start to finish. i am very happy with the new roof and the service i received.

This roofing crew came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and they have been excellent to work with. They provided a fair quote and were very patient while I asked many questions about the roof work, skylight install, and materials. The installation moved along smoothly overall, and when a little evening rain in A Chula Vista exposed one area that needed better protection, the team responded quickly and worked hard to make it right. They stayed professional, communicated well, and handled the issue with care. The new skylights look great, and I also appreciated that they finished the interior underside detail, which I was not expecting.

I got three quotes to add five downspouts to my current gutter and roof drainage system, and Chavez Family Roofing had a very fair price. What really made me choose them was the project manager, Trenton, who was outstanding. He was careful, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. He showed up on time, explained the gutter and drainage work clearly, answered every question, and always followed through when he said he would. He stayed on site until the job was finished properly, and that gave me real peace of mind. When I had to reschedule one appointment, Trenton was polite, understanding, and very accommodating. The whole process felt smooth and well organized, and the quality of the workmanship on the downspouts and existing gutter tie-in was excellent. I also appreciated how clean and efficient the crew was during the roofing-related work. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and this is now my top choice for any future roofing, gutter, or drainage needs.

we hired chavez family roofing for a full siding replacement and some roofing-related exterior work after checking several contractors in a chula vista. trenton was very professional, responsive, and explained our options in a clear and simple way. calls and e-mails were returned quickly, and he was always available when we had questions about the siding, roof details, windows, and gutters. i liked that he was not pushy when we said we were comparing bids and needed a little time to decide. the pricing was fair for the quality of the workmanship, materials, and customer service. the payment terms also felt reasonable and easier than some of the other estimates we received. the job started on time and was finished within the agreed schedule and budget. along with the siding replacement, the crew handled minor roof, window, and gutter work that was included in the price, which added a lot of value. bryson and the crew clearly cared about doing the job right, and they explained the steps as the work moved along. when questions came up during the project, preston or someone on the team always took the time to answer them. the crew kept the area clean at the end of each day and did a solid cleanup when everything was done. there were just a few small leftover items for us to take care of, which felt normal for a project of this size. we were very happy with the whole experience and would gladly recommend them. when it is time for a full roof replacement, they will be the first team we contact.
