The roofing crew removed my old leaders, gutters, and gutter covers, then installed a new Gutter Pro-Tech cover system with great care. The whole job was handled in a very professional way, and the finished roof drainage setup looks clean and works really well. We had a heavy rain the same evening they wrapped up, and the new gutter system performed exactly like it should with strong runoff and no issues. They kept the property very neat during the project and cleaned up everything when the work was done. Not one planting along the front of my home was disturbed, which i really appreciated. After dealing with other roofers over the years in Chula Vista, this experience stood out in a good way. nolan and the crew did solid work, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a dependable roofer, gutter replacement, or roof drainage service.

Florentino Family Roofing & Remodeling is an honest roofing company built on integrity. Another roofer told us we needed a full roof replacement right away and said leaks were coming soon, so after my dad’s recommendation, we had John come inspect it. Even though he could have pushed a big reroof job, he was straightforward and let us know the roof only needed one shingle replaced. He explained everything in simple terms, checked the surrounding area, and made us feel confident about the condition of our roof. He was also very considerate about my kids’ nap time and avoided ringing the doorbell, which meant a lot to our family. He was friendly, respectful, family oriented, and very easy to work with. If you need a roof inspection or roofing repair in Chula Vista, this is the team to call.

After getting about 7 roofing quotes for a new roof, we went with this company because the price was fair, the warranty was strong, and the whole process felt easy from the start. The roof work was excellent and the craftsmanship really stood out. John made a great impression within minutes of meeting him. When I showed him a trouble spot where we had a leak, he took the time to seal it right away to help protect the area. He also had the crew replace a rotted board and close up a few openings where squirrels had been getting into the attic. Those extra repairs were a big help and showed real care, professionalism, and pride in their roofing service. The team was honest, responsive, and easy to work with. They explained the roof job clearly, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was handled the right way. If you need roof repair or a full roof replacement, this is a roofing company you can trust. Highly recommended.

the roofing crew got the job done and worked very hard from start to finish. on the first day, they tore off the old roof, and from what i could hear and see from inside the house, they stayed busy almost the whole time with only a short lunch break. they put in full days and kept the project moving at a steady pace. the next step was the delivery of shingles and other roofing materials by a third party. it was impressive to watch how everything was moved up to the roof with a conveyor system. after that, the crew focused on installing the new shingles and replacing roof vents, exhaust pipe flashings, and other key roofing parts. they paid close attention to the details, and the finished roof looks great. i could not be happier with the results. the crew was excellent, respectful, and always willing to answer my questions. matthew in the office was also very helpful and patient with all of my calls and follow-up questions, which made the whole roofing process much easier. my only funny complaint was the sound of the nail guns while they were laying shingles. the rhythm kept getting stuck in my head and even had my little one repeating it around the house. other than that, everything was smooth and stress-free. the roof was completed beautifully, the crew worked hard, the pricing came in under budget, and the overall service was outstanding. i would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing a roof replacement or roof repair, and it was also recommended to us by a neighbor who had a great experience.

Recently, I had Florentino Family Roofing & Remodeling out to my home in Chula Vista for exterior and roof-related repairs, and the whole experience was awesome. Matthew came by to inspect the siding, roofline, and gable area, and Robert helped put together a fair, clear estimate for the work. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and finished the project in just two days with outstanding craftsmanship and professional service. My home looks so much better now, and the repairs really improved the overall appearance and condition of the exterior. They also kept the work area clean each day, which I appreciated. On top of the original scope, they repaired a problem with the roof gable that was not even included in the estimate, which showed real care and honesty. It is hard to find a roofing contractor that communicates well, does solid work, and pays attention to details, but this team did exactly that. I fully trust them now and will be using them again for future roof and gutter replacement work.

I contacted three roofing companies for an estimate on a roof leak, and this team stood out right away. John was polite, professional, and easy to talk with from the start. He checked the roof carefully, explained the needed roofing work in simple terms, and provided an accurate estimate with clear details. The crew started the job on schedule and finished the roof repair as promised. Throughout the process, John stayed responsive and answered every question quickly, which made everything smooth and stress free. The workmanship was solid, the communication was great, and the whole experience felt reliable from inspection to completion. I am very happy with the roofing service and would gladly use them again for future roof work in Chula Vista. I have already recommended them to neighbors looking for dependable roof repair and service.

The roofing team did an excellent job repairing my roof and provided a very affordable price, much lower than the other bids I received. They even included gutter work, which some other companies didn't mention. As the project went on, they adjusted the estimate since the plywood under the shingles was still in great condition and didn’t need replacing, which saved me money. The crew, including Matthew, arrived on time and finished the job quickly. They also took special care around my flower garden, making sure nothing was damaged. I’m very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof repairs or new gutters.
