  This guy drives thru Wildwood like a damn idiot, speeding in his Chevy Silverado with a trailer on it, as if he's is some.kind of sports car. His disregard for speed limits and lane changing almost side swiped 2 cars in front of me. Shows how much he cares about his business and image.

  This company is very unprofessional. I asked for an estimate and was told I would be contacted by a contractor to schedule an estimate. The man named Jerry called me at the end of the day and set up a time and date but never asked what I needed an estimate for. I couldn't explain because he hung up the phone after we set up the time and day. The day we were supposed to meet, my husband came home early to find an estimate stuck in my door. After speaking with Jerry he said he came by and got on my roof without my permission or knowledge because he thought it was going to rain, there was no chance of rain that day. I was very upset and told him we would no longer need his services. The next day I called the office number to explain what happened and spoke to a woman named Bre. She was very rude to me. I then told her if this is how potential customers are treated, I'd hate to see how actual customers are treated. We will be going with a more professional company that sticks to their word and does not trespass on other's property! BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

  Left trash for weeks and came to work drunk. Then lied said we didn't pay all of it. There are still nails all over my yard. Had one go thru my flip-flop into my foot. Steve and Jen were the ones who did it.

  Roofers were polite and thorough. Cleaned up after themselves and left no debris or nails. I did not “shop around” because I was impressed when they did my house roof years ago!

  Our roof needed replacement due to manufacturer defects in the original roofing shingles. Scott Smith's representative Steve assisted with our claim. We also got a fair quote for a new roof and work was scheduled quickly. A large crew installed the new roof in one day and did a good clean up of the property. Scott Smith Roofing was professional from first interaction to completion of the project.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Ben was good to work with. The crew arrived on time and had the tire off and new roof all out on within a day. They were so efficient in clean up you would never had known they had been there.
