  My Aunt referred me to this company. Had a new roof put on about ten yrs ago. Called to see if somebody could come out to replace a few tiles that came off. The customer service representative said that we weren’t in their system. NEVER recommend this company!!

  Our representative asked you to search your records because it is important to us to know if your roof is currently under warranty as we give 15 and 20 yr workmanship warranties. We are happy to send an estimator out to quote replacing the broken tiles. We checked under your name, the address, and your husband‘s name we simply asked you to check your records and call us back. Our goal in asking you to check your records, was to make sure you weren’t under warranty still with another company because any work performed could void that warranty with them. I take your negative review as you could not find documentation of who did your roof.   Scott roofing is a awesome company. Good employees and they clean up after their work is done. Except for the guy that yells alot and talks stuff to people. So my 5 stars went to 1 star.

  My landlord hired these guys to fix the roof a couple of months ago. Took them a few missed appointments to show up, and when they did, the inspection was minuscule at best. They "fixed" the leak, or so they assumed. Except that it's leaking WORSE now! Finding someone else to actually fix it this time around.

  Price was double and offered to meet lower price. What would we have got if we took that.

  Mr. Derks, I would love the opportunity to discuss your experience with our company. I do have a client in my system with your name but we only gave an estimate in 2012. Our pricing is our pricing. Never would we cut our price in half to meet a low ball quote. Unless, however, we changed the scope of work and were still able to repair the area in question. It is important to me to know who came out and when since I only show your name in my system seven years ago.

  It is a very bad company, they have a bad reputation that their houses have lichen very soon, their workers do very bad jobs. I do not recommend it.

  A pigeon control person was on my roof and noticed several roof tiles that were broken. My roof was originally repaired by Scott Roofing. I discussed the problem and the age of the roof, and set about to do the inspection. A Scott Roofing representative came out. Once he was finished, he showed me pictures of the rook damage which luckily just required replacing a few of tiles, which I had spared from the original installation. He also showed pictures of the repair and the final product. The Scott Roofing representative completed the job, which he completed without charging me anything. A less reputable roofer would likely made the issue seem far worse and charged me. Instead, the rep demonstrated Scott Roofing's great reputation for integrity and great customer service. If you are in need of a reputable roofer, call Scott Roofing. I certainly will when the time comes!!!

  Scott's staff and roofers are extremely competent, diligent, hard-working, cheerful, respectful and careful. Incredibly, Scott Roofing is utterly honest and ethical. You can believe what they say and trust what they do. You will love the roof they build for you and you will love the experience of working with them. They rebuilt my roof almost 3 years ago after a hailstorm and wind seriously damaged it -- and did a beautiful job. So beautiful, in fact, that one of the things I was saddest about when my house burned down a year ago was that Scott's beautiful work was incinerated. But they came back this year and totally rebuilt my roof and made it even more beautiful. And they were so easy to work with!!
