  Horrible - we are all squared up then 6 months later a rep calls fast taking and condescending wanting $3k without providing any detailed documentation, wouldn't listen, a real fast talker- beware!

As this was an insurance job, the billing timeline is often dictated by the speed at which insurance claims are processed and checks are released. This can sometimes result in delays that are unfortunately out of our control. Your contract detailed the agreed-upon amount, and we aimed to keep the billing process as seamless and as transparent as possible, waiting to bill until the insurance payment was received to avoid any financial inconvenience to you.   Scope Restoration strives for perfection on every job, which we delivered on this project. We completed the project according to the contract, as well as the insurance company estimate. Mr. Hayden believed the flat roof area should have been replaced, however, it was not paid for by himself or his insurance company. We were contracted to replace only the shingle section of the roof, which we did. Mr. Hayden signed a completion certificate stating he was satisfied with the work completed. Nationwide insurance released a final payment to Mr. Hayden once they received his signed completion certificate. After Mr. Hayden received the check, he then demanded we replace the flat roof if we wanted payment for the original contract, which in turn we denied. Mr. Hayden left this review after receiving a court notice for an unpaid balance. Scope Restoration holds our employees and contractors to the highest standards. We also deeply appreciate and respect our thousands of clients. We are not afraid to step up to the plate and correct any errors or damages caused by our employees and/or contractors.

  I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Anthony the Sales Associate walked me through the entire process. He also helped me with working with insurance company. This was my first insurance claim. Without Anthony's assistance, I am sure, I would have had to pay more out of pocket. The insurance paid for a full roof minus the deductible. The construction crew were professional and there was no mess for me to clean. I highly recommend this company for any roof repairs or replacement. My neighbor also used this company for a full roof replacement.

  scope restoration sent Anthony Acevedo to my home as a contractor to look at my roof. Anthony was very professional and kind. He took time to explain everything and made the process easy. I finally have my new roof and couldn't be happier. I would certainly recommend Anthony/Scope Restoration.

  Scope Restoration replaced my roof and garage door due to wind and hail damage, and I could not be more impressed with the experience. Anthony Acevedo, the Project Manager, was outstanding from start to finish. He maintained constant communication, made sure every detail was taken care of, and always answered his phone whenever I had a question. Anthony clearly explained the entire process, managed the insurance claim seamlessly, and frequently stopped by to check on the progress. We got to know him so well throughout the project that he truly feels like family. I highly recommend Anthony and Scope Restoration for any roofing, siding, or window needs. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant.

  Anthony worked tirelessly to make sure my insurance company did the right thing and replace the roof instead of just patching it. He never gave up and saved me thousands upon thousands of dollars. If you can believe it took them over a year to approve the new roof. Most companies would have bailed months ago. Thank you.

  Scope Restoration performed a roof replacement on our house due to hail damage and did an excellent job. I have to say that Scope's rep (Ryan Cleaveland) and the owner (Brian Bannon) were amazing. Ryan performed a thorough examination of our roof and interfaced with our insurance company to help facilitate this project. Ryan hand managed the project from start to finish and made sure that any issues were taken care of without concern. After the roof was finished then Brian handled the invoicing and the supplement portion. After a couple of adjustments and final dealings with the insurance company, the project was completed.   In August of last year, our home sustained significant hail damage. Fortunately, with the help of Scope Restoration Inc., we were able to file a damage claim and receive fair compensation from our insurance provider. Our experience working with Mr. Ryan Cleaveland, a representative from Scope, was exceptionally smooth and pleasant. Ryan is a kind, attentive, and professional young man. He listened carefully to our concerns, diligently prepared all necessary documentation, and patiently explained the insurance process in detail. His commitment didn’t stop there—he went above and beyond to find qualified renovation contractors to restore our home to its original condition. One particularly challenging task was repairing our conservatory. The original construction company was no longer in business, but Ryan managed to locate a different company willing to take on the job. After careful coordination, they sent a team to complete the replacement, and the results were excellent. Thanks to Ryan's efforts, our house has now been fully restored. More importantly, the entire claims and repair process was stress-free and even enjoyable—something we didn’t expect from a situation like this. We are truly grateful to Ryan and the team at Scope Restoration Inc. for their outstanding support, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services.

  We had significant damage to our home after a major storm and hail hit our area. From start to finish, Ryan Cleaveland at Scope Restoration did an outstanding job. He was thorough and professional in estimating the damage, worked closely with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered, and managed the replacement of our roof, siding, gutters, and three windows seamlessly.   I was approached by Liam in my neighborhood and we discussed the damaged condition of my roof. After deciding to have Scope assist in processing my insurance claim, Liam was very attentive and explained every aspect of the job. Upon approval from my insurance company, everything went as he had explained. He walked me through the selection of materials and displayed a high level of professionalism. The job started and was completed as scheduled along with a group professionals that ensured task completion. I appreciate the job that was done and would recommend Scope to anyone needing a roof and telling them to ask for Liam, he'll give it to you straight and ensure it's done right.
