  About a year and a half now since they did a decent job removing the mold, but they still haven't finished the job of putting up new drywall. The representative said it was included in the "final testing and completion" part when we were asked to sign the contract but then when it came time to do it they said they don't put in the new drywall and left saying the contract didn't say it was included. Had other companies saying they would remove the mold but not do the drywall replacement who gave better offers and only went with this company because they said the price included putting up new drywall. Don't trust a word they say without having it explicitly stated in writing. Edit: reason for late review is getting more work done and you came up as a suggestion so I realized I hadn't written a review for it before. Your representative said you outsource the drywall work and the cost was included in the quote. I wholeheartedly stand by saying not to trust a word you say without it being in writing and would never trust any company you suggest.

  Robert we completed your project in mid 2019 so this review is 2 years late and out of the blue. Secondly, in 2019, we did not offer drywall services, nor were we qualified to do so at that time because we did not have our Maryland Contractors license, which still would not qualify us to do drywall or reconstruction because you are a Virginia resident. We certainly never discussed or contractually agreed to do the replacement and we have a copy of your signed contract to prove it. Lastly, this is now the second review we have received related to your project as someone in your family "Tom" left us a 1 star review for the same reasons you noted. Im sorry to hear that you still have not reconstructed your basement after 2 years since we did the remediation but we can recommend a qualified company to do so in Virginia.   A great company, Andrew was always available when I called. My roof was replaced in one day. They took pictures of everything that needed to be replaced and informed me before the work was done. Very professional, on time and easy to work with.

  Andrew and his team did an excellent job. Though it was interior work, they were punctual, friendly and diligent. They communicated with me throughout the whole Project. I’m super happy with the results. I will definitely be using Andrew in the future.

  Andrew and his crew were very courteous and professional. They took pictures so you could see the work from start to finish and arrived at the scheduled time. They took the time to get the job done correctly and paid attention to details. We would definitely recommend. We’re also looking forward to hiring him for our future projects.

  Priority was amazing to work with. He was super responsive, advocated for me with the insurance company when they didn’t think the damage should be a covered repair, and were very affordable and able to schedule my roof repair within a couple of days. It was an all around great experience.
