I called them to ask if they could bury a short section of my PVC rain drain pipe before my new backyard deck was built. The pipe was only about 25 inches long, but they refused to do the job. It was a small and simple request, so I was very disappointed with their unwillingness to help.

We recently had Summit Exteriors complete a whole-house window and siding replacement project, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and kept us informed throughout the project. The workmanship was outstanding, and the attention to detail really showed. The crew worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and took great care of our home. The new windows and siding have completely transformed the look of our house. The quality of the materials and installation is exceptional, and the finished product looks even better than we had hoped. We highly recommend Summit Exteriors to anyone considering new windows, siding, or other exterior work. They delivered exactly what they promised and made what could have been a stressful project a very positive experience. Excellent company, excellent workmanship, and excellent customer service! Thank you Rob, Charlie and the whole crew !!!

Roof Replacement In February 2026, a severe snowstorm swept through Southern Maryland, causing ice to accumulate on my roof and resulting in water damage to my garage. A neighbor recommended Summit Exteriors, and from my first meeting with Rob, I knew I was in good hands. He walked me through every step of the insurance and repair process, making what could have been a stressful experience straightforward and seamless. Once the claim was approved, the Summit Exteriors team scheduled the work promptly and completed a full roof replacement using a higher-quality shingle than the original roof. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. They also repaired the damaged garage ceiling and repainted it, leaving it looking even better than it did before the damage occurred. The professionalism, communication, and quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased with the results and would confidently recommend Summit Exteriors to anyone in need of a roof replacement or other roofing services. Thank you, Summit Exteriors, for delivering outstanding work and exceptional customer service.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service. I had Noticed the leak in my home that I believe came from the roof and immediately called Summit. The lady who answered the phone was so kind and set me up with an appointment right away for them to come and do an inspection of my roof. Then the day came for the inspection and Jessie showed up right on time and got right to work. He was kind, thorough, and found the culprit of the leak! We have more heavy rain coming this weekend so he patched up the leak to get us through and then we will be doing a more permanent fix after the rain with Summit. If I could give them ten stars I would!

All windows(14) were replaced in my house in just over 6 hours by one of the most professional teams I have had the pleasure of watching work. The entire experience could not have been better, from the moment we met Justin who is a very knowlegeable and personable young man through the final inspection I could not have asked for more, and the windows are great too.

I found this company by simply Googling 5-star siding businesses in my area, and Summit was the first to pop up. After the job that was done at my house, it’s easy to see that that 5-star spot was earned. They were professional and polite, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will definitely hire their help in the future.
