  Southernwood repaired a large section of my Roof in Sept 2018 and everything looked great. However, since then they had to come back out to my house 3 separate times to repair the same area of my roof simply because of strong wind storms. This is completely unacceptable!!! Poor quality of work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ROOF REPAIR. BUYER BEWARE!!!

  Do not believe the reviews. As a resident of Southern Maryland and owner of several homes, I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I have ever had for roofing or with any contractor. 5 Trips out to my house and due to constant "emergencies" the work has still not been done.

  When I first met with the rep named Lee, I was pleased because I remembered him from Statefarm. He told me that he had left Statefarm, and started working for this company. When he came back with the estimate, he said I would be surprised. I then looked at it and asked him why was it so high. He just said that was what they offered. I had told him, that I also had another appointment with Priceless construction, with that he said I could probably get a better price with them. He even asked me who was coming, and I had told him Nick. He said that he new Nick and his wife, and that they were good people. I had canceled the appointment with Priceless while he was standing there. He than stated he better get out of here before they saw each other, because Nick, would be upset that I went with Southernwood. Lee, is not loyal, and has to many questions to be sent out to someone's home. He had to call Doug, in ref to questions. Which I suppose is alright, as long as the potential customer gets treated correctly, and gets the proper info. When Lee, came out to my home for the second time, I asked him to bring Doug with him. I thought that would be better for me. When they came out and it was decided that the board that the gutter was attached too needed to be totally replaced and wrapped, and than the gutter would be put back. I did not know that the board that was being replaced was not protected, and that was the reason for the wrap. So when I texted Lee, not to have the board wrapped, and to bring the check back with the new contract to be signed. Instead he called my # to tell me that they would return the check, and was not interested in the job any longer. Just some info for the owner of this company, I only found out the purpose of the wrap through Doug. Andy, when you say your going to call someone...maybe you should do what you say. That is bad for business!

  I had siding damage from a windstorm in March. I called Southernwood and Matt came out, took a piece of siding, and that is the last I heard from them. I tried to give them another try. After at least 4 additional calls and 1 no show from Ralph, I give up. 2 months later, and still no repairs. I Will have to find someone else now.

  Southernwood is a first class company. I only leave reviews if a company is extraordinary or if it is horrible. This company is extraordinary. Andrew (sales) is absolutely first class. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. Of the 3 companies I contacted to replace the windows in my house, Southernwood has the best customer service, prices, and installment teams.

  I got my roof replaced back in December. We had leaks in different areas of the home and needed the roof replaced. Noah was my sales rep. He was awesome! He took the time to breakdown everything to us. He made sure that we understood the process and really went above and beyond. They scheduled a day to do the take down and replacement. They were quick and efficient. Thankful to Noah for taking us through the process and ensuring we got everything we asked for. If you are to use this company definitely ask for Noah! He has patience and explains everything thoroughly. He’s great at his job! Thanks to the workers as well they did a great clean up after the job. I even recommended them to my sister and they were able to replace her front door because she had issues with the old one. Her door looks soooo good. I will consider them for my fence once we decide to do it.

  We re-sided our guest house with Southernwood and the project was perfect from start to finish. Timely, responsive, professional, caring, communicative, efficient, they did everything the way it should be done. It was a true pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend them and would call again without hesitation.

  I got bids from 5 different vendors and decided on Southernwood. I really like working with Andrew Lee, he was patient with my indecision and wasn’t pushy. He also helped guide me with design choices. Love the warranty and the instant energy improvement.
