  Never used their services so I can not speak to the Quality of thier work however, the employees make uninvited pamphlet drops at houses that are clearly marked "No Soliciting". Not just knocking on the door and leaving a card, standing at the front door for minutes while dogs are freaking out inside and no one is home. There are signs for a reason, please stop knocking on my door.

  The worst…. Took the money did no work , No Communication, Lied, and as a result more damage was done in and interior of the house due to the actions of this company which was none. This story will continue as I have contacted the news media to do a story about my situation.

  I’m going to be completely honest. This has been the single worst experience I’ve ever had with a contracting company. I signed my contract on September 16, 2025, and was assured the process would be smooth, with a 2–3 week timeline and all work completed within a few days once started. The only thing that’s been done so far is the siding. It is now October 22, 2025. Last week, someone from Priceless stopped by and told me the gutter work would be completed today and naturally, that didn’t happen. At this point, I still have no timeline whatsoever for the garage door installation. My wife and I have made multiple calls to your office, only to be told someone will call us back shortly. Shockingly, that has never happened. Most of my emails go unanswered entirely. I’ve worked with plenty of other contractors over the years - siding, gutters, roofing, you name it - and not once have I had an experience as frustrating and unprofessional as this. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and I’ll be sure to share my experience with anyone considering working with you so they know exactly what to expect. If they coming knocking on your door, I would shut the door on them right away.

  I reached out to this company to schedule an appt, for a leak I am having. I was told I had to wait and actually speak with the guy who services my area, to make the appt with him. The receptionist doesn’t make appts. I was told he would call that day or the next. Never received a call. I called back two more times and was told they would let him know and even let the mgr know I really wanted to schedule an appt and have someone out. Still never received a call and it’s been a week now. There is no excuse for this, this company clearly is too busy and it shows. I wanted to use them based on their great reviews, but am very disappointed. There are many other companies out here that would love your business and who have great reviews, so my advice is to look elsewhere since this company is clearly too busy and the way they schedule appts is ridiculous.

  They rang my doorbell despite the no soliciting sign and the please don’t ring doorbell sign. My dog and sleeping baby were not happy. The signs are there for a reason!

  Mr. Quest DeLaney, Project Manager at Priceless Home Improvements, was very instrumental in having our home renovated with new siding. After our home was inspected, he was truly instrumental in suggesting that we needed new siding. Throughout the process, he would come to inspect the necessary insulation, as well as the installment of siding. I would truly recommend Mr. Delaney to others in my community.

  The Priceless Home Improvement company did what they said would be done as far as interacting with the USAA insurance company. Ultimately their efforts resulted in a new roof pretty much covered by USAA.

  Priceless replaced my roof in spring 2026 after a major storm event. The replacement itself was high quality while also being done quickly. Jedidiah Lancaster was particularly helpful through this project and managed it from start to finish very professionally, including the convoluted claim process with the insurance company. Thank you!

They helped us from start to finish navigating our insurance claim and got us a brand new roof and got my interior fixed for the cost of our deductible!
